Holy cow what a first time experience. Showed up on a Saturday morning at 10:13a for my 10a appointment (which I organized via email) and no one was there. Online says they open 10, the door said they open at 8a, and the number online vs on the door were different. The neon sign said open but no one came to the door or answered the phone and there were 4 cars waiting. Further, there was glass in the parking lot and WORST OF ALL was watching one disgruntled person FORCE THE AUTO SLIDING DOORS OPEN! What?! Aren't they supposed to be locked and this place secure? How could someone slide them open with ease?! How would or could I as a prospective customer ever want to store my stuff here?! No thanks. Unreliable. Untrustworthy. I'm so happy with the cleanliness and customer service here! Brenda in the office and Tony were so helpful! We had a little bit of water leak into our unit, which has never happened before in the 2+ years we've had the same unit. Tony was quick to clean it up. He checked around to make sure he got everything and asked us to check and make sure none of our property was damaged (it wasn't, thankfully). I wanted to switch units, just in case. Brenda made sure we got the best bang for our buck size-wise, that we got a unit close to our old one so we didn't have to move too far, and really just made sure we had anything and everything we needed to make it as easy as possible for us. I've rented a unit here for a year. At the time, the place was nice and clean but did not allow you to use bathroom. So I couldn't even clean my hands after putting stuff in or out. I had a few interactions with the staffs at the front desk and they were nice and always willing to answer some questions. However, there was an African-American guy who always drove in a white Mercedes, worked with the staffs but did not wear a uniform, that was rude to me. He once interrupted my short question to the staff about returning the lock-key just because I asked him once and seems like he did not want me to ask anyone else. I didn't talk back because I think he's rude and nonsense. The staff also ignored him while continuing to answer my question. I do not know if he works there regularly, is the owner, or a partner. He should not talk like that to a customer. If he can't interact with people nicely then just stay in the back office or just don't work at all. read more

I started using this place a couple of years ago when I had to move from my home. This place is one of the cleanest and they have a couple of trucks available to help make the process easier.
