Storage unit seems okay. Man, so many people on here on the reviews assuming people in the area are "dope heads" and "crack heads" and saying "there's homeless people in there area". You live in L.A., the homelessness capital of the country (and growing every year with the housing crisis/rent increases). There's homeless people in nearly every area in the county. Even in Beverly Hills you see people on the street. Have a little compassion for your felling human beings. Just because someone is homeless doesn't mean they're bad people or drug addicts. On top of that, even doing drugs doesn't make someone a bad person or automatically mean they're a thief. You guys have lost your humanity. It could happen to you or someone you love easier than you think. That's all I have to say. read more

I have had my storage unit for about a year now. I haven't had any late fees because I set up autopay from the start nor have I seen any increases in rent like other people have said. I am also giving 5 stars because the manager was helpful and friendly. I would give 4 stars because I truly dislike that they are closed Sunday and close by 4pm on Saturday. I have seen people hanging out near their storage but they don't bother me and I don't bother them. read more

There is something that doesn't make since at this storage facility besides the location I don't understand if you pay for your storage and since recently went up on the price and the gate hours to get to your storage is 6am -- 6pm as advertised on the property and they have a emergency number which no one answers with Property manager on site who is no where to be found my question to everyone that works for this company why do you keep me out of my storage by locking the door to get to my storage doing the hours posted ? Can I take any legal action against such practice I feel like your stilling my money! read more

This review is for the manager, Justin, specifically. I needed a quick storage solution for which Justin was so accommodating. When the facility did not have the size I needed, he went out of his way to find a viable solution for me. While the hours here are limited, and the location off the beaten track, I never had any security issues and Justin was always available to help with any questions. Also the gentleman who handles maintenance was also at my service whenever I needed help. Thank you both, I sincerely appreciate your service. read more

Justin, the manager, goes above and beyond with customer service. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating when we had to have a truck delivered over the weekend. Store for Less's maintenance tech is also very helpful and is always on standby to help with operating the forklift. They've put extra locks on my unit when they notice it wasn't secure...5/5 customer service! read more

I have had a storage unit at this location for almost 6 years now. I was extremely lucky to be shopping for a storage unit during a rainstorm, so I found an upstairs unit that had no leakage. I have not had a chance to check it this winter but so far it has stayed dry. My only complaint, and it has become somewhat of a big complaint, is they're closing early on weekdays and being closed on Sunday. I work two jobs, which mean that for the most part my only availability to access my storage unit is, in fact, on Sundays. I know many people who can only access their storage unit on weekends, so having very limited hours on the weekend seems like a disservice to customers. read more

My unit caught on fire almost a month ago! No updates, can't do the insurance claim because they won't let us in to take pictures, and they had the audacity to email me saying I didn't pay this month & try to charge me a late fee!!! They have my card on file, WHY DIDNT THEY USE IT? & how are you going to charge me for a unit I don't have access to? & that is basically ruined? Wtf am I paying for? read more

I'm learning you get what you pay for. I have an up unit and it got lots of water inside during the last storm. I hope roof maintenance is going to be done. I need to go in and wipe down the ceiling and dry out my boxes. The front office gave me plastic and offered new boxes, but I did not have a couple hours yesterday to do it. read more

Justin always goes out of his way to communicate with the client. He has always been so helpful and has NO attitude. He knows the property well and knows how to manage a business. Thanks to Andreiss and Justin, they caught the fact I did not lock my lock properly and went out of their way to call me after hours while Covid 19 is front and center. Who does that? I'm sorry but this place is cheap for storage but the area is not great. service was nice until some of my stuff was stolen I think somebody was watching. I bought the lock from them and everytime I leave I pull the lock just to check it's really lock but the morning when I came to check I was pulling the lock before I use the keys and the lock opened without using the keys so I checked and some of my stuff was stolen I should have had it insured but still something weird going on I asked about the video camera that day but the manager didn't find anything I also heard that there's some homeless people or like one of the reviews here said there's dope people hanging around read more

Today as of May 19th, 2017, I was shopping around for a storage center to store my belongings that was taking up a lot of space and I was going through a lot of storage companies and they are way of my price range and when I arrived I was fortunate to have Yecenia Gonzalez assist me with my Storage needs, Yecenia Gonzalez was really polite, professional and very pleasant, I do highly recommend anyone that may have to put their belongings in storage, this is the most affordable place to do business with. read more

If I could give this storage 0 stars. I will the worst service, the worst staff, the WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!! They try to increase storage fees and add late fees all the time. I see why THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED.....TOTAL HOMELESS CRACK AREA!!!! No one is helpful from the District Manager Jon Carabio right down to the Staffs. Let's face it, if you've seen one 5 x 7 space you've seen them all. For me the quality that sets one facility apart from another is the people who work there. When I rented my space here I met with Phil, and he was so easy to talk to. He explained everything in an understandable way and answered every question with patience! He was also tremendous on the day that I was moving everything in. I made several trips and needed his help with the forklift each time. It was a very hot day and he exhibited such patience.
