Nope! Taking my business elsewhere. This place is in horrible condition, takes freakin' F O R E V E…read moreR to fix things (the 6th floor was damn near horror movie pitch black for MONTHS. Changing lightbulbs is really that hard??) and ok, they email you out of courtesy, but it seems like I'm getting a, "we will be inaccessible on such and such day(s)," email every time I turn around, that is, when I'm NOT getting a, "We're raising your rent...again" email. The icing on the cake is, the people who work here are rude, sarcastic, patronizing and don't lift a finger to help. I am mildly--but clinically, with the papers to prove it-- learning disabled, and when I requested that someone SHOW me how to get to the other elevator (because the main one was broken AGAIN) she laughed and said, "It's REALLY not that hard" without moving an inch. Over the last year, prices have skyrocketed, but the actual service and safety have completely gone…read moredownhill. Today, the entire building had a power outage--the lights were completely out inside, and I was completely locked out with zero access to my unit. On top of that, the garage has been entirely shut down for months. This isn't a one-time thing either; last year it was closed for months at a time too. Because the garage is closed, you are forced to park outside on the street. This specific block has a massive issue with drug dealers and fentanyl users hanging out right on the sidewalk. Forcing customers to park outside and carry their items through that environment is a massive safety hazard. You pay a premium price for what is supposed to be a "secure" facility, but you can't get in, the garage is always broken, and you have to risk your safety just to visit your unit. Look elsewhere.

My storage unit was broken into most of my personal belongings were stolen -- including clothing,…read moredesigner items, household goods, and important personal effects accumulated over many years. This was not a minor loss it has been financially and emotionally devastating. What concerns me most is not only the theft itself, but the way the situation was handled. My lock was removed and replaced with a dummy lock my keys and the staff keys could not open the replaced lock. There was no proactive incident report offered, and I had to push for information. Communication felt minimal, and there was no immediate transparency around surveillance review or what steps were being taken. For a facility of this size, I expected stronger security protocols and a more urgent, supportive response when a customer experiences a major loss. Instead, the process felt reactive and unclear at a time when accountability and reassurance mattered most. If you are considering storing valuable or sentimental items here, I strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about security procedures, monitoring, and incident response so you fully understand the high risk. I sincerely hope the facility improves its safeguards and communication so no one else has to go through an experience like this.

Moving is stressful enough, but the team here made the storage part of my transition completely seamless. Here is why I'm giving them a full 5 stars: Incredibly Helpful Staff: From the moment I walked in, the front office team was professional and transparent. They took the time to show me a few different unit sizes to make sure I wasn't overpaying for space I didn't need, and they walked me through the entire security process. Immaculate Facility: This isn't your typical dusty, dark storage locker. The hallways are bright, the floors are clean, and the whole place feels very well-maintained. I feel completely comfortable leaving my furniture and electronics here. Top-Notch Security: I love the peace of mind that comes with their setup. Between the gated electronic access, individual unit alarms, and plenty of well-placed security cameras, I know my belongings are safe 24/7. Ease of Access: The loading bay is spacious, and they have plenty of heavy-duty flatbed carts available for free. It made moving my heavy appliances a breeze--I didn't have to break my back carrying things from the parking lot. Climate Control Done Right: I was worried about the humidity/temperature affecting my wooden furniture, but the climate control here is consistent and effective.
