Today, the entire building had a power outage--the lights were completely out inside, and I was completely locked out with zero access to my unit. On top of that, the garage has been entirely shut down for months. This isn't a one-time thing either; last year it was closed for months at a time too. Because the garage is closed, you are forced to park outside on the street. This specific block has a massive issue with drug dealers and fentanyl users hanging out right on the sidewalk. Forcing customers to park outside and carry their items through that environment is a massive safety hazard. You pay a premium price for what is supposed to be a "secure" facility, but you can't get in, the garage is always broken, and you have to risk your safety just to visit your unit. Look elsewhere.

Instead, the process felt reactive and unclear at a time when accountability and reassurance mattered most. If you are considering storing valuable or sentimental items here, I strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about security procedures, monitoring, and incident response so you fully understand the high risk.
