I've consistently given them 5 stars - for attention, politeness, and always service with a smile. David Goodman kept his businesses running smoothly, always improving things. I removes any form of verification from the customer; there's no way to audit that we are in fact getting the packages we're signing for. He then tried to charge me extra money for using my credit card - which is illegal in California. I told him because of the contract his business with VISA does not allow him to charge additional fees for using a credit card - he became furious and screamed at me to never come back. He did this in front of other customers along with the postal carrier.
