I was skeptical with what to expect, since i been searching for a reasonable storage which pricing is ridiculous, i spoke to Assistant Mgr Marisa who she explain her storage what prices and tour as which we can decide fits to our family needs. we are one of displaced in the wildfire and the urgency of our needs to keep our valuable belongings we decided to obtain it. They offer 50% for two months which is good enough. Location is excellent. i cant thank the quick turnaround walk us through how we can utilized, free lock of course. I came here a few times to help a friend organize their storage unit. They have covered parking that you use a code to get into. The aisles are clear and well-marked with street signs. It is a little confusing there without this. The bathrooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider them if I needed a storage unit in the area. It's a sad day. After 11 years storing all the stuff from our downsizing, we had to say goodbye to Rima and the great folks at Arroyo Parkway Self Storage today. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful over the past 11 years. The storage building is immaculately maintained with plenty of parking. Security is a pain in the neck...in a terrific way - you must entered a code to get into the building and to get out of the building! Floors are concrete, each "locker" well built with great ventilation. It has plenty of large, heavy duty "carts," two of which can fit in the very large industrial elevators. They also have two large dumpster boxes for the stuff you finally throw away! Arroyo Parkway Self Storage is the best and excellently located...next to Whole Foods! read more

Five stars for storage! I rented a climate controlled unit here and it was significantly nicer and felt more secure than any public storage I've rented from. They cleverly assign street names to the aisles for easy directions and require your passcode upon entry, exit, and to use the elevator. The elevator prohibits folks from wandering in random areas by auto-delivering you to the floor of your unit, you can't go to other floors. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and when I had to move out of my unit they were pleasant. I recommend this business to anyone in the area looking for storage. read more

Incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service at this facility. The Manager, Rima, is rarely available to assist when needed, probably because she's busy shopping at TJMaxx as I've run into her there regularly. Marissa is rude and unprofessional. Rima and her husband occupy two parking spaces at the facility which should be reserved for customers, as spaces are already limited with no street parking as an option. The facility has had a lot of turnover in the past few years and I believe it's due to things not running smoothly and/or management. Also, they ask customers to post a review on Yelp, in exchange for a free padlock, which explains the high number of positive reviews. read more

If you call for info via phone, be sure to confirm the EXACT name of the location about which you're inquiring, because the parent company owns several locations with different names--and different pricing--and the person on the phone may think you're inquiring about one location, when in fact you're asking about another. It was a great feeling to be received with the same level of customer service. Tyrone was so professional and helpful as soon as I walked in the door. You have the option of a climate controlled area and can setup auto billing to your credit card. Entry is relatively secure and requires a nine digit code. You can double lock your storage unit if you wish. Pros: - usually quiet - always clean, low dust environment - commercial loading dock, our movers loved this Cons: - limited opening hours (not 24/7) - less parking than you might expect - sometimes an idiot will block the elevator open with a roll of carpet while they take their sweet time unloading their truck read more

I agree with another reviewer, that parking could be a pain, but you just have to time it right. They always have plenty of large carts to use, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Two loading docks for large trucks, and the free truck for loading is a real plus. I didn't have to use it, myself, but it's good to know. We were told when we got our storage unit that the move-in truck was available for one-time use. We had been planning on using it to move out and only just now discovered that the truck is only available for moving things in. So frustrated and annoyed. It is an expensive place to rent storage space plus they have very limiting hours. I don't understand this policy at all or why the manager couldn't offer some kind of assistance since it was one of her employees who gave us bad information. I will definitely NOT be recommending this place to anyone. The facility is clean, safe and we paid extra for climate-control. But it's been a hassle to deal with their hours and now losing out on use of the truck makes this place not worth the money at all. read more
