I was in the middle of a move and needed a place to store some extra belongings while I got settled. I took advantage of their special offer, which made it an easy decision. Marisa was great! She walked me through everything and made the whole process super easy. The facility is clean, well-lit, and secure, and I feel confident my belongings are safe. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable storage! read more

Ease of access and good service set APSS apart. The location is super accessible from most areas in the SGV.

I was skeptical with what to expect, since i been searching for a reasonable storage which pricing is ridiculous, i spoke to Assistant Mgr Marisa who she explain her storage what prices and tour as which we can decide fits to our family needs. we are one of displaced in the wildfire and the urgency of our needs to keep our valuable belongings we decided to obtain it. They offer 50% for two months which is good enough. Location is excellent. i cant thank the quick turnaround walk us through how we can utilized, free lock of course. A little downside they open only from 7-am- 7 pm daily and sunday until 4pm. Holiday is closed. read more

This place has everything! I have been a customer at Arroyo Parkway Storage for decades, and I am always impressed by how well they take care of their customers. Our unit(s) are always well maintained, the manager (Rima) lives on-site, and they have wonderful carts that can carry any and everything from the car to the unit without effort. Many units are temperature controlled, the elevator is always working and private indoor parking allows me to visit in all kinds of weather. And their prices are very competitive. Gold medals to Rima and Arroyo Parkway Storage! read more

Amazing service!!! They work with you in every step of the way!!! The staff goes above and beyond to help you.

Best rental place in the area. Very helpful and easy to work with. 100 percent recommended for anyone renting in Pasadena

I came here a few times to help a friend organize their storage unit. They have covered parking that you use a code to get into. The aisles are clear and well-marked with street signs. It is a little confusing there without this. The bathrooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider them if I needed a storage unit in the area. Bonus points for being across the street form Whole Foods. read more

Arroyo Parkway Self Storage - Self Storage Near Me - Pasadena, California

Arroyo Parkway Self Storage provided me with a sense of ease for a whole year while my belongings were stored in a 5x5 unit. The people who work there are super approachable and helpful, as well as communicative in a mindful way. The establishment is well kept and feels safe. I am so glad I decided to go for this storage facility when I was looking for what options were around. The monthly price is absolutely worth it when it comes to how secured, protected, and easy to navigate this place is. The hours are mostly work hours, so your time may be limited to weekends or a couple hours after work (if you work a typical 9-5 schedule), however there is hardly ever any foot traffic to worry about when getting from the parking garage to your unit, which makes the errand of stopping by your storage unit easy to mark off the to-do list! Thank you so much! read more

I have been a customer of Arroyo Parkway Self-Storage for many years, at different times and for different reasons. I have rented space from them specifically because their facility is always clean, very safe, and the staff is always polite and professional. I recommend them highly. read more

It's a sad day. After 11 years storing all the stuff from our downsizing, we had to say goodbye to Rima and the great folks at Arroyo Parkway Self Storage today. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful over the past 11 years. The storage building is immaculately maintained with plenty of parking. Security is a pain in the neck...in a terrific way - you must entered a code to get into the building and to get out of the building! Floors are concrete, each "locker" well built with great ventilation. It has plenty of large, heavy duty "carts," two of which can fit in the very large industrial elevators. They also have two large dumpster boxes for the stuff you finally throw away! Arroyo Parkway Self Storage is the best and excellently located...next to Whole Foods! read more

Arroyo Parkway Self Storage - What a sad day. After 11 years we bid a fond farewell! - Self Storage Near Me - Pasadena, California

We were looking for a storage unit in Pasadena. Tom at Arroyo Parkway Self Storage is great and very helpful!

Love how clean and maintained this place remains after many years. The new staff is super friendly and very helpful!

The Best storage in the area. If tried others , but they have been the best. The staff is ALWAYS available during business hours and they are extremely cordial. I would recommend them to anyone looking for long or short term storage solutions. If you're on the fence, you get a free lock upon sign up!! read more

The value at arroyo parkway self storage is excellent, there are benefits that people do not think of immediately such as the ability to discard trash into their dumpsters and the use of their carts to move items to and from your storage as well as use of a moving truck if you need it! The facility location is so easy and convenient and it's always clean! read more

Tom has helped me so promptly, clear instructions as to how to access and move into unit, and great deal! :) Very clean facility.

Five stars for storage! I rented a climate controlled unit here and it was significantly nicer and felt more secure than any public storage I've rented from. They cleverly assign street names to the aisles for easy directions and require your passcode upon entry, exit, and to use the elevator. The elevator prohibits folks from wandering in random areas by auto-delivering you to the floor of your unit, you can't go to other floors. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and when I had to move out of my unit they were pleasant. I recommend this business to anyone in the area looking for storage. read more

Awesome service and very friendly. Had to transport my stuff for a few weeks and they were able to get me a good sized unit for my needs. Highly recommend! read more

Incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service at this facility. The Manager, Rima, is rarely available to assist when needed, probably because she's busy shopping at TJMaxx as I've run into her there regularly. Marissa is rude and unprofessional. Rima and her husband occupy two parking spaces at the facility which should be reserved for customers, as spaces are already limited with no street parking as an option. The facility has had a lot of turnover in the past few years and I believe it's due to things not running smoothly and/or management. Also, they ask customers to post a review on Yelp, in exchange for a free padlock, which explains the high number of positive reviews. read more

Great customer service! Tom was super helpful with finding the right storage unit for me.

Friendly and helpful staff. Price for storage is competitive and guaranteed for a year! Other storage facilities are not offering this deal; I know because I did a lot of comparison shopping. The facility is immaculate. Thanks to Andy and Rima for outstanding customer service! read more

Arroyo Parkway Self Storage - Very clean facility - Self Storage Near Me - Pasadena, California

This company is very professional. I had never rented a storage space before. But the attendants are very helpful, walking you through the entire process. All of my questions were answered, and I felt like all bases were covered. If you call for info via phone, be sure to confirm the EXACT name of the location about which you're inquiring, because the parent company owns several locations with different names--and different pricing--and the person on the phone may think you're inquiring about one location, when in fact you're asking about another. This happened to me, but the error was corrected. Everything else was so professional that I'm still going to give them five stars. read more

Fantastic facility. Super nice, helpful folks. Well lit, clean, easy to access. Reasonable prices. I can't recommend this place enough!!

I just got my unit today. They were able to accommodate me even with last minute notice. The customer service is impeccable and a large part of why I chose this place. Barbara at the front desk is so welcoming and friendly. She works very hard to make sure you feel taken care of. The units are extremely clean and well lit. I'm very happy with my decision thus far! read more

Had a pleasant and painless experience setting up storage here. Rima worked with me to find what I needed, and Tom graciously showed me around to two different units so I could decide which one I preferred. The facility is clean and clearly well taken care of. read more

This facility is amazing. The cleanest and most well-run I've seen. Fees guaranteed for 12 months, move-in discount, etc etc. And Rima is terrific! read more

One of the hidden gems of storage in Pasadena. I've had 3 different storage units here over the past six years and can thoroughly recommend them. You have the option of a climate controlled area and can setup auto billing to your credit card. Entry is relatively secure and requires a nine digit code. You can double lock your storage unit if you wish. Pros: - usually quiet - always clean, low dust environment - commercial loading dock, our movers loved this Cons: - limited opening hours (not 24/7) - less parking than you might expect - sometimes an idiot will block the elevator open with a roll of carpet while they take their sweet time unloading their truck read more

Several years ago, I rented 3 storage units here because I sold my home much faster than I'd anticipated. The service was great. About 10 years ago later, I needed storage again and went in. It was a great feeling to be received with the same level of customer service. Tyrone was so professional and helpful as soon as I walked in the door. I was happy to hear that the same manager, Rina, was still there. And Tom made sure I sat down and took my time completing additional paperwork when I had to come back for a 2nd unit, and even offered me a bottle of water. If a storage facility can make you feel like you're home, this place is it! read more

What a great place to temporarily store our furniture. So clean and everyone is so helpful and friendly! I highly recommend storing your furniture or whatever you have here. read more

I love this place. It is very secure, well lit, and convenient. Nobody is using these spaces as a home. I agree with another reviewer, that parking could be a pain, but you just have to time it right. They always have plenty of large carts to use, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Two loading docks for large trucks, and the free truck for loading is a real plus. I didn't have to use it, myself, but it's good to know. If it is pricier than other places, the trade off is worth it. read more

Clean, organized, easy to access, and really well-run. My experience with Rima and the Arroyo Parkway Self Storage team has been truly excellent. So friendly and helpful! I'm so glad to have this place as a valuable local resource. read more

We were told when we got our storage unit that the move-in truck was available for one-time use. We had been planning on using it to move out and only just now discovered that the truck is only available for moving things in. So frustrated and annoyed. It is an expensive place to rent storage space plus they have very limiting hours. I don't understand this policy at all or why the manager couldn't offer some kind of assistance since it was one of her employees who gave us bad information. I will definitely NOT be recommending this place to anyone. The facility is clean, safe and we paid extra for climate-control. But it's been a hassle to deal with their hours and now losing out on use of the truck makes this place not worth the money at all. read more

amazing service & cheapest monthly rate I found in the area. Clean, efficient, good service

As other reviews have already said, this place is great. I've used a variety of self storage facilities, and visited a few others around Pasadena. This place is clean, regularly maintained, well-lit, and comfortable (to the extent that any storage place could ever be comfortable) to work in. They provide plenty of carts, the loading dock provides easy access to the storage units and the elevators, and the hallways are very straight-forward. We have moved several truckloads of goods on pallets in and out of this place, and it has always worked out well for us. The staff is great, and they have a reasonable policy on transferring credit from closed units -- that was very important for us as our space needs ballooned and shrank with our business activities. We have mostly moved out of there, as we now have our own warehouse for our business (which affords us 24-hour access and use of electricity -- the two things we couldn't get at APSS that we really wanted). We still have a small personal storage space there. About the only thing I would have to complain about with the facility is that parking spots can be hard to find on a really busy day (mostly end-of-month-moving weekends) and the two loading dock sometimes gets filled up and you have to to wait your turn. read more
