when I went to view this facility I was impressed with the cleanliness and security of it. Jay was nice and explained everything thoroughly. she gave me her card and on it wrote down prices and sizes of the two I was interested in. I ended up signing up for a unit which had been told was $343 per month, but when the automatic deductions started on my account i was billed $383. of course I called to get this remedied but was told that was the price contract stated. i had no reason to believe the amount would be higher than the one I had been quoted several times during our discussions. i filled a complaint with the BBB since I was not told this in advance. Hopefully this gets worked out. If not I will find another storage company to move to. read more

Great customer service from Monica today at the Wine Grotto Pasadena. High quality storage at a great price point. Highly recommended!

This is my 2nd time using StorBox in Pasadena. It was a great experience in 2023 so I decided to return when I needed storage again. Everyone here was so helpful, understanding and accommodating when I needed to push my rental date back one week and then ahead by one day! Lien was courteous and super efficient, as well as the rest of the team. I would give them 10 stars if I could!! Highly recommend if you ever need storage space. read more

I just moved out yesterday after storing my belongings here for several years and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. The facility is always clean, secure, and easy to access. One of my favorite things was that it's climate-controlled, so I never had to worry about my belongings being damaged by the heat. Everything stayed in great condition the entire time. The staff has always been friendly, professional, helpful, and genuinely empathetic. When I had to move out because of an unexpected family emergency, they were very kind and even offered their condolences, which I truly appreciated. I really didn't want to leave, and if life hadn't changed, I definitely would have stayed longer. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a safe, clean and well-managed place to store their belongings. Thank you for taking such great care of my belongings over the years! read more

STORBOX Self Storage - Offices - Self Storage Near Me - Pasadena, California

So I was in a bit of a jam and rush as I did not anticipate being in need of storing my belongings somewhere any time soon. That was until my brother up and moved out of the unit I had subleased to him without notice. I had minimal time to remove the few large items and boxes of mine he left behind. Fortunately, i received a response from the kind people at Storbox the only day I had left before the land lady was going to have everything junked. I feel terrible for forgetting her name but the very courteous, professional woman at Storbox that greeted me was a real life saver. It was late in the day, they were open for 1 more hour and she was able to go over contract details, storage unit sizes/prices and standard grounds procedures/protocols so efficiently that I was still able to return to my new unit within operating hours and achieve my goal of having all my items safely and securely relocated by the days end. There are multiple storage location options in Pasadena but Storbox was the one to come through in my time of need and I can confidently recommend this location without a doubt. read more

Came in and was greeted by Lynn. She was so friendly and took care of us right away. Great prices, clean and secure facility. The experience was matched with the quality of the facilities. Thank you guys! read more

This place is slightly cleaner than other facilities but that's about it. Billing is a bit shady, they just charge to your account but don't send any invoices or receipt, which I don't even know is legal. I was surprised to see they charged $12 more this month- obviously they increased the price and notified that to me by snail mail which I didn't receive. Why sending something like that via mail and not following up with the email? Needless to say this was the second price increase in about 6 months. When I spoke with the staff over the phone they simply said this is MTM contract and they can change the price with a 30 day notice. Well, that notice was not properly delivered. Improve your communication instead of being shady about billing. read more

They had great, very responsive customer service. I was able to not only get a lower rate than other storage facilities, but Storbox was also climate controlled, had the longest opening hours, and most secure facilities. They were also much cleaner than most of the other facilities I had checked out. Jay was also very patient and helpful when showing me all the different storage options they had available. read more

We have been customers of Storbox for 15 years and recently opened another storage unit. During that visit we learned more about the facility and did not realize the extent of the security measures that are enforced daily. Each unit is visually checked to make sure the locks are correctly secured, and surveillance cameras continually monitor the hallways. While we were there, new AC units were being installed. The facility is always very clean and well kept. We want to thank Jay for her professionalism and answers to all our questions. read more
