Open at 9... it's now past 10am and multiple people outside waiting for them to open. Some are now leaving. So we are stuck until someone decides to work today. Edit: half hour after posting this: Everyone pretty much left the trucks and keys inside. The call center said that they open at 11. The other guy that is also waiting called in and was told that someone called out sick. So why tell us they open at 11 and not 9 then tell someone else that someone called out. This is very frustrating. It's the only day we can do this move and they are taking up part of our day. I get if someone calls out sick but have a number that can give correct info or an actual person that can help In this situation. Edit again: it's after 11am and now owner is declining calls and we are now left with one option. So we left to see if we can get a truck elsewhere. read more

This weekend, last minute, I needed a cargo van to help move my dad. I wasn't sure if they would have one but took a chance. My name sake - Sandra (her service was outstanding) was very helpful and she was able to get me a van. Everything worked out perfectly. The cost was reasonable, less than what I expected. Next time I'm in need of a rental for my dad, I will certainly use them. Note that they are not a full service U-Haul facility you can only pickup and drop off the vehicle. They also rent storage units. I would consider them if I lived much closer but if my dad ever needs a storage place we'll check them out. read more

I called just 2 days in advance and the reps found me an available space. I got a follow-up call and email right after my inquiry. Parking was easy. There is an extra-extra-large elevator that can easily fit over 4 push carts worth of things and more.
