The lock quality is crap, the key broke off in the chamber rendering the whole thing useless. They also charge you $100 if you are late getting out of the property. I walked out on time, ran back for 30 seconds to punch out of the gate (a requirement) and made it back to the gate before it closed...$100 charge. And they tried to restrict me to no more than 30 minutes within my own unit. Steer clear of this place. Also, they advertise alarmed individual units...they aren't wired that way. Additionally I was told that I shouldn't change my shirt while there because it could lead to "other things" - whatever that means. The employee told me that he didn't want people asking questions...also whatever that means.
