Likely the best storage unit I've ever used for a few different reasons. The property is very well…read moremaintained and clean, and the security features are great too. I had to unexpectedly rent a storage unit after an emergency flooding issue. I got there 15 minutes before they closed on a Friday night (I felt bad but I really had to) - and Ricky and Nick could not have been more helpful or friendly. They truly made the whole awful flooding experience much easier for me and it was so greatly appreciated. That quality of service given the circumstances is quite rare I would say. If you're looking for a storage unit in the area, this has got to be the best one by a long shot.

Very disappointed with US Storage Centers Alhambra. My 5x5 unit July payment was increased from $82…read moreto $137. Was never notified about this increase, nor was I shown anything on an email where invoices are also sent so I emailed them. Never heard back after a week and when I called was told a physical letter was mailed back in May. I also asked for a credit because this was outrageous. Never did I receive a letter because I would have made a quick decision to cancel & find another storage place. Like many writing with the same issue on Yelp, not only is this price hike absurd but also seems illegal. Still waiting to hear back from Management US Storage Centers regarding this matter as I was told.
