**Please BEWARE of their BAIT AND SWITCH offers! ** This facility offers online promotions. The one I chose was for 1/2 off one month. This is the reason I chose this place. What they fail to mention Unless you sign up on the 1st of a month, you will not actually receive much of a promotion at all. I arrived on the 13th at 10 to 6:00PM on the 13th. The office closes at 6 but you may access the units until 7, which is actually 6:45 apparently or you will be locked in. I rented a truck and brought my stuff there making sure to at least sign the papers before they close and get some stuff unloaded so I could return my truck. I was not able to access my unit until the following day for some reason although they consider my rental start day as the 13th. Paid an additional day for the truck. Great What I also was not told was that they prorated my half off month to the 2 weeks left of that month and sent me a past due notice for a full price next month before I've even been there one whole month! WTH When I called to figure out what the deal is they totally jerked me around. First they said they have no control over what the internet says and that they do not have to honor what is offered online. Then when I called back they didn't answer (yes the phone system announces who you are from your number you call in from), i left a detailed message asking for someone to please call me because this was not adding up but 2 days later, no call back but several texts and emails telling me I'm past due and am accruing late fees. Again, I have not even been there a month! I just now spoke to them again and was finally told that my 1/2 off month offer was prorated and I "should have told them I wanted the 1/2 off to be applied to my 2nd month". Seriously. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I told her that is fraud and it's Illegal to bait and switch customers and she then refused to give me the number to their corporate office. She told me to look it up, it's on my lease. It's not on my lease, incidentally. What bull crap. I'm trying to move and now dealing with this. I said I want to take my stuff and leave before 30 days is up but I need to give a 20 day notice. There are so many other facilities equal to, if not better than this one who will cheat you as soon as you walk in the door. read more

I called a few storage units and this one definitely was the most responsive. They even followed up when some units became available. I went today to look at it and Juan, the mmanager--really goes above and beyond. The unit self, which was a 5x7 wasn't the best in that the lighting in this place isn't great. I'll probably have to get some LED step lights. However, the price and value seemed good compared to other storage units. I wish you could access it 24/7, but unfortunately it's only available 7am-7pm daily. The setup isn't the best, but Juan's customer service really pushed this place up from a 3 to a 4. Definitely recommend giving them a call! read more

Horrible staff. increased the monthly rate twice so far in one year by 55%. Homeless roam the halls and in November my unit was broken into. Feces in the halls from dogs or humans. New property manager will not return calls and you have to deal with the rudest very unpleasant phone girl who could care less that you have been a customer there for years. read more

Super clean storage facility. Just wanna thank Juan for helping me out today. I came to take a few things out of my storage and found a extra red lock on my unit. I went to go speak with Juan and he told he put the extra lock for extra security since my own lock was too unsecure and didn't want anything from unit to be stolen. My family and I currently share a small 5x5 storage that we've had now for almost 2yrs and the rate has been great. My sister did thorough research when trying to find a safe, clean and affordable storage place and she did good. So good that I needed a larger storage space and I needed it fast so I called them hoping they would have one and they did! I needed a 10x10 but they had a slightly bigger one still at an affordable rate and I was sold. Juan was super helpful, he got me setup quick in their air conditioned office area. When I first called I left a msg and he returned my call within a few hours. Overall customer service was great. Luckily I had my own lock but if you don't they have one for purchase and other items that come in handy. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

I can't say anything good about this place. For the fact that they sold my storage unit before the date I had to pay. I went in to make the payment that would save my storage, my belongings, my whole life of things. I get there only to have them tell me they can't take my debit card for payment, when they have always taken it before. All of a sudden they want the payment made with cash only. I told them I will be back have to go to the bank to get cash. I came back about 40 minutes later with cash in hand only to have them tell me my unit has been sold. WHAT! Completely devastated I asked WHY, HOW! I did not understand how they did that to me. Long story short, I was told the person that bought my storage unit was going to bring all of my photos back to the office for me once they went through everything, but NO NOT ONE PHOTO BACK. MY WHOLE LIFE'S WORTH OF PHOTOS GONE, TRASHED right along with all of my other child memories and my children's memories, my deseased parents LIFE'S photos gone with the things i had of theirs. Everything that meant something to me and completely irreplaceable GONE!!!! WHAT did I do to deserve this I asked God. One of the worst times in my life that day. Yes the staff use to be nice, and helpful to me but don't trust them don't think for one second you're things are truly safe that's what I thought then they sold my whole life away to someone whom my belongings mean nothing to without explanation how and why they did that. They sent me to get cash, why? I paid with my card every time before. I believe my storage unit was already sold before I got there. They must not have expected me to show up with payment so they didn't know what to do at that very moment. They wouldn't let me contact the person so I could get my photos back, they did me dirty. I die inside still any time I think about my stuff I cared for and kept all those years that are lost and gone due to those careless people there at READY STORAGE. The rental unit was really dirty when I moved in but there was a light installed so that was a plus. The staff is always helpful and friendly, except for one woman who I have not seen for a while. There are a few maintenance issues like the time I found dog poop on the stairs that lead to the storage units on the second floor. It had been there a while and obviously the customer who left it there is a real piece of work, but it also showed that the staff was not really walking the grounds a few times a day which should be standard. Here's why. The final issue I have is my storage unit was broken into but they never called me despite having my number on file. They mailed a letter (which, not their fault, went to the wrong address and wasn't forwarded to me), but mailing a letter versus calling about a break in to my unit seems irresponsible. By the time I found out (when I went to the property to store something) the staff on site informed me that they found the lock broken and the items directly in front of the door were in disarray but they weren't sure if I had left it that way or if it had been rifled through by whoever broke the lock. Well, they definitely stole some items and because I didn't think to have an exact inventory list and photos of each item for the insurance they make you buy (and which is useless to the renter of the unit in the end because of how these storage units operate making each customer file a police report instead of as a group facility - the cops simply won't come out every time a victim of theft gets robbed at a storage facility and even when the management of the facility admits there was a break-in, you can't get any reimbursement from insurance without an individual police report, so the insurance is a racket, but it's not optional so I hope that fraudulent set-up gets exposed some day but for now, be sure to get photos and do a full inventory list when you move your stuff into storage. Lastly, the rate went up without any notice whatsoever by 20%! In 2022, landlords are allowed to raise rents 5% a year plus CPI to a maximum of 10% in one calendar year. This is a storage unit, not a home dwelling, so how is it that a storage facility can charge twice that especially when they that can't provide adequate security, have extensive water damage in the walls, do not clean the floor of the unit between renters, and fail to notify customers of important things like robbery and a 20 percent increase in rent. I am only giving them 3 stars because most of the employees are nice (with the exception of the rude woman, if you get her, come back later). read more
