Today, while I was there to PAY MY RENT, I was informed that I was not allowed to use the dumpster and it was "only for his use." The way that was handled was unprofessional and bad for business in my opinion. Interesting policy considering it's sitting there completely accessible to paying tenants. I hope the few dollars it cost them for me to use their dumpster was worth more than the $2,400 a year they were getting from me. November will be my last month. The first was in May 2026, and we gave this place the benefit of the doubt and kept our unit. Fast forward to July 3, 2026 we were supposed to leave for a camping trip, I opened our unit to find that whatever we had left was gone. According to management, there were "no signs of forced entry," yet thousands of dollars worth of camping gear disappeared. Our Yeti cooler, 10 person tent, expensive camp chairs, shower tent, 8 pairs of expensive shoes, and other electonic camping equipment were all stolen. The explanation of "no signs of forced entry" raises serious questions. If there truly was no forced entry, then how did our belongings disappear? It's difficult not to wonder whether this could have involved unauthorized internal access or another serious security failure. Either way, that's unacceptable. What's even more disappointing is the lack of support from management. After two break-ins, we received little to no help. To whoever stole our belongings: I hope karma catches up with you. You didn't just steal our gear you ruined our holiday plans. I will be contacting my attorney to discuss our legal options. If you're considering renting a unit here, think twice.
