If you want your holiday ruined, store your belongings here. This is the second time our storage unit has been broken into. The first was in May 2026, and we gave this place the benefit of the doubt and kept our unit. Fast forward to July 3, 2026 we were supposed to leave for a camping trip, I opened our unit to find that whatever we had left was gone. According to management, there were "no signs of forced entry," yet thousands of dollars worth of camping gear disappeared. Our Yeti cooler, 10 person tent, expensive camp chairs, shower tent, 8 pairs of expensive shoes, and other electonic camping equipment were all stolen. The explanation of "no signs of forced entry" raises serious questions. If there truly was no forced entry, then how did our belongings disappear? It's difficult not to wonder whether this could have involved unauthorized internal access or another serious security failure. Either way, that's unacceptable. What's even more disappointing is the lack of support from management. After two break-ins, we received little to no help. To whoever stole our belongings: I hope karma catches up with you. You didn't just steal our gear you ruined our holiday plans. I will be contacting my attorney to discuss our legal options. If you're considering renting a unit here, think twice. read more

This place is a damn joke. Moved from Texas and found this joke of a place and within 3 months 50% of my belongings got damaged by rats. Asked manager and all they said is sorry can't help you. Do not store any of your belongings here! They are the worst. the units are rat infested. Then if you have insurance they will only pay for the cleaning in which it states that it covers up to 10k but your stuff has to be damaged. I would say it's damaged with rat feces and urine on everything I own in particular to them hiring a cleaning company would help with all the bacteria in your clothes and furniture. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else if you need a secure storage unit. The prices here might seem to be more affordable but it all makes sense after I read up more about this place. I only rented a space here for about 1.5 months and it was already broken in and all my stuff taken. So I immediately filed a police report and cancelled my account. Of course I was told that burglary was rare at this facility when I went in to sign up. I even asked if I can use an extra lock for more security but that option was not available and was forced to use only the one on their door. Just from when the officer was questioning the facility manager, it sounded there were multiple incidents that happened just a span of a month. And they never thought it was necessary to notify their customers at all unless there were obvious signs your unit was broken in. The thieves that took my stuff somehow managed to open my unit door without even taking the lock off. MY ONLY ADVICE is to do more research and read up on other people's experiences at any storage place before using their service. I don't know if it's the area or this facility in particular but if you have anything valuable and need to store it somewhere, don't take a chance here. read more

The girl Jessica who claims to be a manager which is a joke because she is the rudest person I have ever met. Due to terrible life events I had to move I went online and got a deal on a storage I needed more room so I got another. Now times are tough for many. I thought they were a good place and wanting to give them my business I reserved 1 more unit. Now the reservation went thru and I arrive with a U-Haul truck filled with the rest of my things. I walk In and was told I am not allowed to have another unit at promo rate. I ask for manager and this heavy set rude ass girl comes up and tells me I'm a coupon surfer and I cannot have the unit I reserved. Now I am surprised. A coupon surfer yet NO WHERE ON AD FOES IT DAY NO MORE THAM ONE UNIT. Jessica replied agreeing it doesn't say you can't but she won't let me. Now I think it's ashame that trying to keep my stuff all together considers me a coupon surfer. I was just giving them more business. So unprofessional to treat people so poorly. My unit was broken into. EVERYTHING stolen. No Camara's coving area and lights not working. and it wasnt just mine but 3 other people as well. On site security is crap!!! So this took time. Police are investigating because of DNA evidence and fingerprints and other left behind. Now waiting to see if the insurance they provided will at least pay me. Dont use this place. read more

Do not waste a penny on this place!! Recently had my unit broken into and wasn't even notified, had to find out from a neighbor which also had thousands of dollars worth of machinery stolen. This is an ongoing issue which the employees and company don't care to do anything about. Not only did they "update" the locks on all the units and didn't notify us until after the fact, but ever since then it's seems like a playground for these thieves. Ever since Sue left... this place has literally PLUMMETED STRAIGHT INTO THE GROUND!! Sue was the manager in charge here at this facility for MANY YEARS; she even lived in unit upstairs from the office. Sue was assertive and took crap from no ONE.. tenants included. She used to let me roll down my front Rolling gate door from time to time... due to the HIGH POPULATION IN MEN and me being a female all alone in my unit sorting my belongings out. And I would keep it raised during office hours and in daylight. Sue constantly watched the foot traffic coming into and leaving the premises. There were HARDLY ANY thefts and i remember her doing "walk throughs" with the Stanton Sheriffs K9 units throughout the ENTIRE property every 2-3 months; which meant... hardly any narcotic activity; unlike now. She was fired for something very petty and this business has clearly suffered her absence since day 1. The homeless population is at an all time high... thefts are happening ALWAYS...people sleep inside their units overnight, people who have a reserved parking spot there have all had their catalytic converters stolen. They recently changed the gate hours to match those of the office hours; NO LONGER CONVENIENT, for me, at least. They have a rodent problem in BOTH OUTDOOR AND INDOOR (climate controlled) units, and the rent continues to increase even though the access hours have been DRASTICALLY CUT. I am definitely going to move my stuff out and into another location. Not worth it read more

Storage has very limited hours. Limited staff. Does not open until 9:30. Closes before six. Difficult to get into certain areas of the premises. The Customer Service has been great from the staff but the rodent issue is out of control. The rat poop can be seen inside my units and in the hallways leading up to my units. I've seen the rats running between the units on several occasions and my tubs in my units have holes in them from the rats chewing through the plastic. read more

Management & staff are always making sure the property is swept and kept clean especially during the covid-19 pandemic. When I got worried about my first unit, they were able to move me to a different unit I was absolutely comfortable with. Given the type of attraction, they were able to understand my concern and immediately gave me areas of safety. They listened to me and made sure my property was safe. I wouldn't use this company especially this site. They are on office hours only for access also due to thefts onsite it's been couple years.. Tried to call Stanton store several times on different days no one answered the phone. When I went to checkin for my registration on my unit I reserved online they only let you use there locks to buy, I had just bought a brand new lock and know the kind you have to use but that wasn't ok. They start adding this and that to contract so I decided not only access hours were not good but area was even worse STANTON and the customer service at all three diff&erent sites I tried were beyond poor. I realize where and what I was dealing with but I can't stand dealing with customer service people who don't care to make things right. I'm disabled and wasted two different trips (gas time energy) with my car and a UHaul van which also made me have to keep van another day more money out my pocket. As I proceeded to try a different site this Stanton facility black balled me to two other sites. They couldn't give me a free storage worse business I've ever dealt with. This location is awfull. Currently the gate has been broken for about a week in a half, and has yet to be fixed. Literally anyone can walk in since the gate is not operating. Theft is a concern. Margaret district manager has destabilized the storage inside out. I wouldn't be surprised if revenue plummeted. No order, no direction, no management. Buisness was great but that was the past. Due to negligence and horrid management practices from Margaret this place is an empty shell of what it provided and generated. Head executives let's do buisness again. Currently forcing tenants that are renting storages out by increasing prices, having new restrictions and rules that limit the tenants. This place is not recommended. Never Go Here! I reserved a space online for $44 a month. First month rwnt free on a 4by5 unit. The internet tells you your reservation is good for 14 days. We even filled out the application online. Apparently, they try and call you 3 times back to back and if you do not answer they throw out your reservation!! Even with an email confirming our reservation we were just ass out. i was in my unit and the rat poop and urine is over all my newborns brand new stuff about 2000 in damage he wasnt born yet so we put it allo in storage so i start to clean out oue stuff and get bit on my hand by rat so the office called 911 and i went to get shot they said they would pay for bikk hell no i refused to stay and they locked us out and the rest of our belongings i aske the other tenants is they had rats they all said for over a year so no they not doing anything about it one tenant gave me pics of there destroyed stuff from rats now its lawyer time see how fast it gets fixed also human urine in bottles in hallways urine in hallways i have pics of it all we even witness some homeless stealing from units its all bad trust me dont stay the workers in the office are rad very nice its management and owners faults have four current tenants who are taking pics and ganne be involved with lawsuit ,,, i forgot the unit has dead rats not mice in it in my boxes of infant clothes read more
