I just wanted to commend this place on their excellent service. I typically go here when I have to ship out packages. Everyone that has helped me here has been great. They are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond expectations to help me ship my packages every time. All in all, it's a small shipping spot that also stores mailboxes inside. There's plenty of parking in the plaza. They have an onsite computer that you can use to access emails and shipping labels. They can print your shipping label on site for a small fee (16 cents? correct me if I'm wrong). All you have to do is upload the label to their website packagedtogo.com. Only downside is that the service in this plaza sucks. It's really shotty, so I recommend uploading from home. read more

Not sure if I will be back. It costed me $20 for them to ship something that weighs 2 lbs for a customer of mine that was only one hour away. I was surprised. I asked her if there's a cheaper option. The item was really small and didn't weigh much. She said the $20 was the cheapest and best option. I paid this one time, but will probably use another service in the future. read more

I don't know why I didn't comment on this place until today but they are def the champion in Cerritos. Super professional, patient and really knows every single details you need to pay attention to. I mailed my passport and the marriage certificate to make an observation on my passport and I was so worried what if it get lost. But they really handled it so well and I received my updated passport in less than 2 weeks. The staffs are always so nice. I've never expected to review a shipping center but hey, there's a first for everything. For this review, I'm really just looking at their other services. I was running around town on a Saturday, trying to look for a notary service open on a weekend. My first few choices were either closed down or gone for the day. I thought I might have to run out of town to find one. But lo and behold, I d come across a small one. Even with the odd name and the small office space, don't be fooled - it's a fully stocked package and services shop and one of the most efficient ones for one that's open on the weekends. The notary was quick, the fax was efficient and I was in and out in less than five minutes. I paid about $10 and was satisfied. They also seemed fully stocked with boxes, stuffing and other shipping services. So again, nothing too complex but good service and a nice shop equals a good recommendation if you're nearby and looking for help. read more

Lame place! 40 something Asian dude in the front suggested I use FedEx to ship something locally. Ok I did and it got lost. I came back & told him what had happened & I said "why would you suggest I pay extra for FedEx when now after the fact you tell me signatures are not required?" Genius answers "well because of Covid it is what it is"...Wtf does that mean? This employee is rude calls people "man" instead of SIR seems like he has small man's complex. I used rented a mailbox here for a year. They are friendly and there are discounts if you sign up for a mailbox for a longer time, although you can also rent month-to-month. I've never had any issues with my mailbox here. There was one time they were a little late opening up the store, but if you have a mailbox here, you have a key to get inside and access the mailboxes. Also, they charge a key deposit so if you end your mailbox rental, make sure to get that back. They're careful, efficient and I appreciate that they are friendly and always working quickly to ship stuff out. They are strict though, so make sure you package your stuff correctly or have the right ID for notaries! I have seen them tell customers they need different IDs or that a package needs to be re-packaged, which isn't a problem since they have packaging materials there too. Also, they'll tell you not to use "apt" or "suite" for your mailbox address - but hey, if those are the rules, they're the rules! They do charge a surcharge for shipping USPS, compared to actually going to the post office, but it isn't much and worth skipping the lines at the post office, especially during the holidays. I especially liked that when I ended my mailbox rental, I had a piece of unexpected but important mail come in and Steve took the time to call me and let me know, rather than just returning to sender. read more

I needed to get a paper notarized fast and cheap. A signature here is $15 and I was out the door in 10 minutes! They also have packing supplies/can mail packages. The place and products seemed a little dated, but other than that the transaction and the process was quick. Don't forget your ID if you plan to get anything notarized. I've used this place a couple of times for delivery and to notarize documents. Every time I feel I am getting 5 star service. Of the many times I've come here to notarize documents one event led to the country of Australia stating they needed the Notarizing officer to state on my documents "I have sighted the original document and certify this to be a true copy of the original." Steve explained to me that as a Notary of CA he was not able to legally do that as it was not within his scope. I then showed him documents from the agency stating the Notary MUST do it for the document to be accepted... I was starting to freak out as this document had a deadline. Steve asked for the agencies email and wrote such a professional email to the agency to explain the situation. Then grabbed quotations from the Notaries Handbook to explain to the agency why it was not possible in California. Most Notaries would probably just say " sorry can't do it" and leave it at that...
