    This is not my house

    I placed an order from Sephora for a Christmas gift. The UPS website states the item was delivered on 12/3/24 and posted a picture of the house delivered to. I never received my item and the house in the photo is not my house. I attempted to file a claim with UPS and they say I cannot file the claim. UPS takes no responsibilty and it appears they do not care about the customer.

    Package they "lost"

    Lost out important package and would not try and find even though we have a tracker. Our company does most of business with ups but now only fedex.

    Expect to wait at least 1 to 2 hours for pickup.

    This place is horrible I have been here a few times over the years and just to seem to get worst each year. So there is 25 people in front of me and during the first hour I only saw 3 people leave. So I went to check there is only 1 person working and it takes like 20 minutes per person. Don't drop off here and if you do t get your package send it back and have them reship your package. I am only here because the UPS driver kept saying he tried to deliver but I was there each time and if he was really here I would have a door tag saying he tried 3 separate times. This is just as bad as the post office!!!!!

    I CANNOT BELIEVE how ILLITERATE these damn truck drivers are. How do you drop off packages for a living and not know the damn abbreviations for apartment and space. Apt = apartment; simple right. Spc = SPACE you damn idiots. Space like as in mobile home park space. Talkin about there's no apt # so you don't deliver my package. Not everyone in this world lives in apartments sweetie. I waited over an hour in line bc these damn bafoons don't know what a spc is. I hope y'all see this and include it in your next training bc I wasn't the only one waiting in line for the same issue.     They've been closed for a few days but no one to cover?? How are we supposed to get our packages?! The security guard said they've been closed for a few days now due to Covid. Not sure why I paid $7.99 to have it picked up here.. help!

Through ownership changes, tech upgrades, and shifting staff, it's still the same reliable place we count on. Feels like our own little SHIELD satellite tucked into Cerritos. Brijesh, the new owner, brought in some serious Stark-style tech. The automated package alerts? Feels like Jarvis quietly texting us when a delivery hits. Maybe AI in effect? Tim's still here too and he's been the steady hand like Nick Fury behind the scenes. And Mike, one of the UPS drivers, pops in often with calm, Groot-like energy. You just kinda feel better knowing he's handling your stuff. * We've shipped, received, notarized, and done every other task you can imagine * Everything's smooth. It's like the Wakandan Dora Milaje of service: fast, precise, and no nonsense * Never lost a package, never messed up a form. Even Dr. Strange would approve of the magical efficiency * We've even had them help with rush jobs. Like Peter Parker showing up just in time The store's in a strip mall center that keeps things fresh without going full Stark Tower. Clean, safe, always parking. It's like that unassuming corner of New York where Spider-Man lives (accessible but still low-key.) We'll definitely keep coming back. It's rare to find a place that holds strong through time like this. Although not quite multiverse Kang time travel, it holds up to the rest of time.     Be careful what items you place in your shipping box when getting help from this location's UPS…read morestaff. There is a thief employed at this location and the manager is defending that person. This will sound severe, yet it's true. When the box was sent to me that included a limited edition Steamdeck which was more than $700 along with its charger and case, it was never found in the box when received. A staff helped pack the box who got a look at the items in it, which then seems to have stolen it behind the scenes before shipping it out. At this point, I wouldn't put it past the manager as well, as she was trying her best to sweep the situation under the rug by spewing store policies and being completely unhelpful. Be careful of the staff members in this location, including the manager. If you're going to pack a box with an expensive device, or any item for that matter, just seal it yourself so the thief/thieves won't get an idea what's in it.

I came in with a few basic questions about shipping a package, as I am not very familiar with the process. Unfortunately, the employee who assisted me was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of offering guidance or answering my questions with courtesy, her tone and attitude made me feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by asking for help. She appeared irritated and uninterested, which created a very uncomfortable experience. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, especially when seeking assistance. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but customer service should always remain courteous and respectful.
