Through ownership changes, tech upgrades, and shifting staff, it's still the same reliable place we count on. Feels like our own little SHIELD satellite tucked into Cerritos. Brijesh, the new owner, brought in some serious Stark-style tech. The automated package alerts? Feels like Jarvis quietly texting us when a delivery hits. Maybe AI in effect? Tim's still here too and he's been the steady hand like Nick Fury behind the scenes. And Mike, one of the UPS drivers, pops in often with calm, Groot-like energy. You just kinda feel better knowing he's handling your stuff. * We've shipped, received, notarized, and done every other task you can imagine * Everything's smooth. It's like the Wakandan Dora Milaje of service: fast, precise, and no nonsense * Never lost a package, never messed up a form. Even Dr. Strange would approve of the magical efficiency * We've even had them help with rush jobs. Like Peter Parker showing up just in time The store's in a strip mall center that keeps things fresh without going full Stark Tower. Clean, safe, always parking. It's like that unassuming corner of New York where Spider-Man lives (accessible but still low-key.) We'll definitely keep coming back. It's rare to find a place that holds strong through time like this. Although not quite multiverse Kang time travel, it holds up to the rest of time. Like the Avengers, just... .with scanners and label printers instead of vibranium and arc reactors. It's a little part of our routine that's way more super than it looks. Still kind of funny I can remember when this place didn't have all the upgrades. Now it's runnig smoother than some of my apps. We'll be here for the long haul . This was the worst delivery experience that I have encountered so far. I spoke to two different supervisors. One named Mark and one named Eddie. Eddie actually asked me "well then what's your solution to this problem?" 1. The website said package was delivered at 6:56 am (before open of business). Package was pushed because no one was at the business. Then when I called to ask about it - I asked for a supervisor. Eddie refused and said he was the supervisor - who then transferred me to Mark. Mark told me it was a mistake and the package was actually never delivered and told me the package would be delivered and that "it gets there when it gets there, you know what I mean?" Just wasn't very professional. I recommend using Amazon or fed ex haven't really had those issues with their services, definitely learned for next time. read more

I use UPS frequently, but I recently had one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences ever. I brought a large box, got scanned it, and then UPS employee pointed with his finger as if commanding me to move the heavy box to the door myself. This is absolutely unacceptable. Moving packages to the door is UPS's job, not the customer's responsibility. Telling a paying customer to do the work is rude, unprofessional, and completely against what a service company should stand for. This Spanish-speaking employee clearly needs retraining on customer service and professionalism. UPS must ensure their staff treats customers with respect. read more

Went in yesterday 9/4/25 hoping to get help returning some amazon items, it seemed as though we were a bother. the man who seamed to be the lead at the time kept telling us he couldn't help us because we were showing him a USPS label, when right under that label it stated that we could use any shipping service we would like and what address to send it to if we chose to do so. He had such an attitude and was super dismissive. We had finally agreed on him printing the documents we had so we could just go to USPS(I don't own a printer at home). By this time a line had formed behind us. A nice man in a polo was also working and was getting things together when the rude man (who we assumed to be the lead or manager) told him to help the next person. The polo employee had stated he was supposed to be off already but he would help anyway. The "lead" then responded to him in a snarky tone "that's fine, you can do some overtime." in front of the customers! super unprofessional, especially when you're asking someone for assistance. iF i COULD GIVE 0 STARS i WOULD. Have not received my package that I paid overnight for on 9/23. I tried emailing, chat phone, text all nothing. They hung up on me three times when I left c/b#. I am set up for notifications and it says delayed on Oct1. I finally got a c/b and no hate but I could barely make it thru the call because caller could barely speak English so it was hard for me to understand but the jist of it was UPS lost your pkg call the sender. That's it no other info, no I am sorry NOTHING! My appt is now cxld and I am unable to get another for a bit and past the deadline needed. Chat says call UPS. This whole service has been a joke and I will no longer use UPS for ANY of my shipping needs!!!!!! Lacking Customer Service Big Time! Came here to return a few items from Amazon. The girl scanned all my items but I realized I was missing the barcode for one item so I tried to pull it up on the app and even in my email but it was loading so slow. While I am the only one in the store, I'm still hurrying to pull up this barcode because this girl is just standing there staring at me pretty annoyed I'm sure since I even caught an eye roll when I happened to look up and catch her staring. After 2 whole minutes, she finally decides to say "Do you not have signal? Just go outside." At the exact moment she says that, it loads so I have her scan it. She sighs, hands me the receipt without saying a word. This brief encounter is enough for me to never come back to this location ever again. I will make the additional effort to go further to the store off Pioneer where they are much more pleasant. read more

Our family had some legal documents that needed a notary. Easy appointment made ahead of time And we were done in less than 20 minutes. Most legal documents sent overseas require a notary and apostil from the state. The apostil is a ribbon with embossed stamp that verifies the document was reviewed in person. This of the process for the ribbon is not done anymore by notary public, only at a state level office such as at the Norwalk courthouse. Each signature is about $30. Am thankful for the easy and very accessible location. They also take Amazon returns! The pandemic shopping isn't always so perfect, many "happy" returns indeed! read more

November 2021 Like many of us being cooped up at home has increased my keen ability to shop online but sometimes what we see online doesn't work out. The UPS Store now offers Amazon returns both packing and nonpackage items. It also helps that I can ship out items knowing that my packages will arrive promptly. The staff at this location have improved in their quality of customer service since my review a few years back. The location is small but offers a variety of packaging supplies, notary services, P.o. Took 3 items to return. 13 days later it shipped, by Amazon only received 2 items. Steer clear of you dropping off your Amazon returns. We went to mail 2 packages for Amazon on 12/23. They messed up the delivery, Amazon only got one package. We checked with UPS store since we only got one refund after a few weeks. UPS store found the other package sitting at their warehouse. As a result, It took 60 days for us to get our refund back from Amazon while we spent many days on the phone dealing with Amazon customer service several times. PSA: make sure you print out your return labels at home or somewhere else that is reasonable with their pricing. This is my go-to UPS store since it's down the street from my home. I've always used their services when delivering or making a return, and never had a problem. However, yesterday I went in to return an item and I asked how much it was to print the return label, and I was in shock when I was told $2. I assumed 15-25 cents per page since I pay 15 cents at the library or at school. I even verified "$2 for ONE page?" and the lady confirmed. Trust me when I say that I am not a penny pincher haha, but they're definitely taking advantage of those who don't know where else to print for a reasonable price, who don't have a printer at home, or are in a hurry. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry and knew where else I could print. I kindly said I'd come back with the printed return label on hand. read more

Packing and shipping service in this store located in the strip mall next to the Ralph's. I had to ship some items to my sister in Oregon and I watched them pack them all into a box and they did a very conscientious job of packing; I was impressed. They even put a "fragile" sticker on the outside of the box - yeah, as if THAT will make the UPS guys handle it any gentler. I'm sure they will still kick and toss it around. The guys working here seemed stoic yet helpful. They seemed to warm up after I joked around with them. In this case, I wasn't thinking clearly & decided to go to this location vs FedEx or even the old trustworthy USPS. So last week I had take my package for the first time here just wanting to save myself the longer ride to the other UPS store I usually go too. Days later I had dropped off other packages (not at this Cerritos location) and I realized by the weekend those packages were already delivered to another state. I checked the package I had sent out to this Cerritos location and the package was still at their facility and not saying anything about had been transferred elsewhere. Mind you this package was being shipped to California and not far away. After one week it had been shipped out apparently and I thought oh finally it's getting to its destination. WELL I DIDNT count on the one receiving my package asking me if I had packaged it or someone else. I was confused because I dropped off my sealed brown box package on my own at home! She tells me that there was random things inside an apron, labeling tape and random magazines !!! I'm so mad the fact that it had taken so long that made me think that this facility opened my package and dumped stuff in there. I don't see why and don't understand why it took them so long for them to transfer my package. I should have read these reviews before even wanting to drop off things here but never again.I haven't had this issue in my usual UPS store but I learned my lesson - to just drive out a little farther out where it's more trustworthy than dealing with these type of people. read more

I had to take a moment to share my excellent experience when shipping a couple of packages at this UPS store today. First of all I got to the store just before they were closing. I was greeted by 2 very friendly gentlemen who assured me they were still open and not to worry. I explained that I had to separate items to ship and that I needed boxes for them. The owner Brijesh told me it was no problem he would take care of everything for me. He boxed everything up gave me the best rate possible and even gave me a Triple A discount. I rarely put a bad review but Since new owner, mail has been distributed really late. Not consistent. There's also multiple workers on site so not sure what the issue is. If the "mail distributor" is not in, we won't receive mail until following day. I used to get mail every day no matter if it is junk or not, there was always something in my box. Last owner would go to USPS to pick up daily mail so mail will get distributed in a timely manner. Now I'm not sure what the process is. I only hope it gets better from here.
