She will also take your UPS & FedEx labeled packages and will give you a shipping receipt. She offers public notary service for $15 per signature. I started my mailbox services at this location around February or March. Initially, I was quoted one price over the phone, but when I arrived in person, I was told a different price. I decided to overlook it and continued using the service. After about two months, when my change of address finally went into effect, I began checking my mail regularly because I was waiting on work checks being rerouted. I came daily to ensure nothing was missed, but I noticed on several occasions that other customers' mail was placed in my box. That immediately concerned me, as I began to fear my mail--particularly my checks--might also be mishandled. Eventually, some of my checks did arrive, though not all at once. One evening when I came in a bit later, I asked the clerk if the carrier had already come. She told me yes but refused to let me check my mail because she hadn't sorted it yet, instructing me to return the next day. When I politely expressed frustration, she followed me outside and questioned why I came every day, stating that I had already received my checks. I reminded her that as a paying customer with a key, I have the right to access my mailbox as often as I wish. This situation was upsetting, especially because I was already dealing with the stress of moving and financial delays. A couple of months later, I again experienced delays with my checks. After contacting my employer and confirming they had already been mailed, I reached out to the clerk. Not long after our call, she was away from the office for about two hours. When she finally returned, my checks appeared at the bottom of a mail stack, as if they had been intentionally hidden. Days later, she texted me saying she had accidentally opened my mail which were check stubs because it was "stuck" to another customer's. At first, she blamed another customer for opening it, then changed her story -- another red flag. I've since reported this situation and am awaiting an investigation. While the 24-hour mail access is convenient, I would not recommend this location due to repeated unprofessional behavior and questionable handling of mail. read more

I was surprised to learn they were a FedEx and UPS authorized shipping center. Quite helpful when I'm not able to get to a UPS or FedEx office during the week, but I'm able to drop my packages off on Saturday. I also learned that they were a notary republic, too, which might be helpful authentication of legal documents. read more

Worst service ever!!!!!! Paid 60 to ship a package, ups lost my package. This place listed themselves as the shipper but wouldn't help me with the claim process. After hours on the phone I finally submitted the claim the refund check made out to this store was sent to them. Ups refunded the 15.27 they were paid to ship the package but the store refused to refund the 45 service fee they added, didn't help at all with the claim ? 45 to print a label and leave a box on the table for ups to pick up. A manager or owner of the business was there He took the boxes, inspected them he taped one of them better, put a special clear packet for one of the labels all for no charge. I was worried about how I was going to get LiveScan fingerprinted after being in quarantine for the last month, but I needed the fingerprinting done due to renewing my license for my job. This place was super clean and diligent about keeping its customers safe. I made an appointment and when I arrived, there was a cart with the LiveScan device near the door. The shopkeeper asked me to take a seat outside while she wheeled it out in front of the store. She was wearing a mask and gloves and made sure everything was sanitized. Then she did my fingerprints and gave me some hand sanitizer. Overall, it made me feel more comfortable knowing she was trying so hard to keep everything clean. They also do notaries and shipments, too. If you're worried about COVID-19 while having to deal with fingerprinting or notary, this place will put you more at ease. read more

This place is awful since its new ownership, its the same people who own the massage parlor next door. I made it there in time for the mail carrier but my envelope almost didn't make it out because the woman helping me stopped to answer the phone to schedule a massage and then stopped again to help the guy behind me who just wanted a stamp. She over charged the guy that wanted the stamp giving him a LAME excuse when he questioned it. By this time the mail carrier came in and the woman behind the counter rudely asked if he could come back for the rest of what she was working on. He said yes but seemed quite irritated with her. My package was a small envelope with a piece of cardboard and two keys I needed to send to my landlord, I was charged $4.68, I asked why it couldn't just be weighed and proper stamps put on it...that's the way the old owner did it. She said it could not done. Now here's the icing on the cake...I made a mistake and put my landlords old address on it, so it came back to me insufficient address but it was mailed with a forever stamp and a 21 cent stamp on it. WHAT A MARK UP!!! $4. I should have just gone in the grocery store and bought a book of stamps. I'd give no stars if allowed...don't get cheated, us a real post office or FedEx or UPS store. read more

Came her to have a Live Scan done. She had to restart the computer several times and it was clear that there was something wrong with her machine, but she continued anyway. When I asked about one fingerprint that showed up red on the screen, she blatantly lied and said that it was fine. A week and a half later and it never went through. I was not contacted by her or anyone to state that my fingerprints would need to be redone. This was for a job and thankfully I was able to go somewhere else and redo them. read more

I love supporting my local privately owned stores so I brought a package to be returned at Mail Plus More which is also Shaolin Massage on Ball Road in Ralph's shopping center. My very small package (cell phone) was ready for return except for 2 pieces of tape for which she proceeded to charge me $1. I told the owner, Maggie, that UPS doesn't charge so I didn't expect to be charged here. She proceeded to tell me that the new owners make these rules. I told her that I knew she was the owner and lying to me was "not good customer service". She just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders waiting to be paid.
