I would put zero stars if I could!! Totally rude. I came in because USPS was closed for Columbus Day. I had nine 5x7 envelopes to ship out, each a different size. I asked if he could let me know the total of stamps each envelope needed, so I could put my own pretty stamps and pay the difference to him. I was willing to pay more than the post office cost of stamps because of course that's where he makes his money. I've worked in a mail center business before for 5 years and I understand this process. But instead of helping me he told me go to the post office because he can't do it. I told him the post office was closed but he still refused. And he walked away to the back room. THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE. I had been here once before and walked out without getting anything done. I forgot about that until I went in again to send in 2 packages that I already had all the return labels and boxes ready to go.It was costing me 60.00 in postage already for a 2 small packages. I assume that it was Mr. Choi that informed me it would be 50 cents a package for the tape. I was shocked and he responded something like " you can just take them somewhere else". I was too busy to go elsewhere but I'm going to remember to never go back to him. I used this location for delivery drop off and notary republic. It is very convenient location to me, they take most of main freight company drop offs. It does not show on the map if you google UPS or Fedex or usps, but they take all of these companies freight services. Also notary service is reliable and the owner is nice. read more

Stuck in the 1990s? From the decor, to the products, to the service. This business fails to receive packages with shipping labels. They advertise as a shipping point for USPS, UPS, & DHL. In fact, they shipped out a package for me just two days prior, but for whatever reason, the business operator refused me today. Your business logistical needs teetering on the mood of a store clerk isn't something that breeds confidence. The rude demeanor didn't help either. Despite the value in building a customer base, and solidifying a ship point so that other needs and transactions occur, this mail center chooses to refuse service if there isn't immediate benefit. Their long term strategy aims for liquidation. Beware, and definitely stay away. Businesses like these need to disappear so that modern & reliable ones take their place. read more

I shipped an important package from this location over a week ago. USPS.com is showing the package as not even being shipped yet so I emailed Mr. Choi. He didn't respond because he doesn't check his email. So I called him and he just told me to wait longer, it takes over a week to show up on the USPS website. That's absurd. It should've been there in 2-3 days. Then he got upset and hung up on me because I asked him if he even knew which package I was referring to and offered to give him the tracking number. It was clear that he had no knowledge of how the service worked, and the requirements needed for a DHL package to be delivered with a customs form. Didn't feel safe having my package delivered through this establishment, so I went way out of my way to a small store called Easy Shipping in Anaheim because of their reviews. I don't know if there doing it because of Christmas but when I typed in measurement and weight at home the difference was almost $8.00 cheaper so this is the last time I use them.
