I'm kinda baffled by the negative 1 star reviews. While I understand everyone has different experiences my experience with Postal Express was above and beyond perfect! We needed a vertical vinyl banner for a last minute job fair we were attending. When I called the employee was helpful and gave me the managers number who I called and he did answer, which I wasn't expecting because most people don't answer calls from someone they don't know- but he did and was extremely helpful. Not only did we get our banner done in 24 hours, I was not charged an arm and a leg for it. In addition they were able to mount two flyers I had onto foam board. I spent less than $65.00. Everyone I came into contact with professional. Will do business again for sure. Don't be scared of the 1-star reviews and give them a try! read more

DO NOT COME HERE FOR LIVE SCAN!! I came here a month or so ago to get my live scan done for a teaching credential. Jeff rushed through my live scan and completely forgot to add my social security. I of course had my application bounced back after waiting a month to see if i was approved. I emailed Jeff explaining this issue and if he could redo it free of charge. He blamed me and said that he didn't know it needed a social attached?? Even though it was on the form. After back and forth he finally agreed to do it again free of charge. So i returned and had a second live scan done. Only for this one to be bounced back as well as he had spelled my last name wrong. Not only is my email my full name, but it's also on my form and Drivers License which he had in front of him that day. I again emailed Jeff, who is the owner of this business, how and when we could fix this other mistake he had made. Again he blamed me for my handwriting (which was perfectly legible) and said it cost him time and money to commute to his OWN business. I did not come back for a third try, I repaid for everything at a different business and lost out on the 74$ I wasted here. Please don't make my mistake go anywhere but here!!! read more

Then he tells me he's entitled to an hour break. No argument from me besides why did you post 15 min outside the door. Still running his mouth. To the owner of this place. You get what pay for. I had the worst experience! I spoke to the manager and he was very unprofessional and unpleasant to speak to. Not very helpful and when I asked to speak to someone else he said it was only him available and he doesn't report back to anyone because this is a "family business". When I called back a second time he did hang up on me while I asked a question. So sad..... no stars if I could. read more

The elderly gentleman that works at this location is extremely unpleasant and aggressive towards female customers. Service is exceptionally slow and business looks rundown on the outside and interior. I would not recommend this location to anyone but especially to female customers. read more

A post office box with a regular looking mailing address run by a older guy with grumpy and slow customer service. We have rented a post office box here for a few years during the time our lives have been in "transition". It has seen us through living with relatives, with roommates and being between permanent addresses. It has been useful for credit-challenged times when it was better for others to not know our physical address. There are things to like about this spot and things not to like too much. To like: Your mailing address looks similar to that of North Anaheim apartment dwellers. It won't spark much interest or question. This address even slid by the DMV and is the address on my California Real ID. I feel like I usually get all of my mail most of the time. Flexible payment options are available 1/3/6 or 12 months in line with your current financial situation. Once I was late and he still delivered my mail along with a reminder to pay. Provides a solution to maintain a local California address if I need to move out of state. The lobby where you pick up your mail is open 24 hours a day. Unheard of! This makes it super convenient. The owner is a notary and offers a wide variety of printing/fingerprinting and other home office services. I will admit it's pretty handy. Not to like so much: It is run by one older gentleman who is a candidate for a remake of "Grumpy Old Men". He is slow and seems unhappy. I am a little sad reading older reviews which mention his wife. I wonder if she is still around. I wonder if he has someone to pass this business on to so he can retire and relax. Someone could revamp and modernize this business to revive it. I think he may make more money with his business if he hired someone with better customer skills to run it. I feel like sometimes my mail is a few days behind. While this address worked for my CA DL, the registrar of voters made me no longer eligible to vote as it is not recognized as a physical address. You cannot forward your mail from this address to another address without paying the owner a high premium for mail forwarding service (not a chance!) you cannot forward though USPS because he owns these P.O. Boxes. It's bit depressing as a business. For example, they offer custom signs, but their sign is broken. The equipment was last updated in in the early 90s at the latest. Accordingly though their copy and fax equipment is less expensive to use but is served up with a survey scowl. Sometimes they have cheap shipping supplies because they forgot to change their prices over the last few decades. However you have to be patient to ask for anything at all here. It's in a pretty creepy neighborhood, but you already know that if you are thinking of renting a box here. It's on the less criminal edge of the zip code, so that's a plus. I honestly wish the owner well. I've tried being super cheerful in my approach but it didn't make much difference. Overall, I can only recommend it if it suits your needs as described above. For me, it works, in spite of its challenges. I do like patronizing a local business instead of a huge government entity or corporate chain. Therefore, I am rating it 2 stars as an A-OK option if your needs are similar to mine. read more

I called 10 minutes ago to ask what time they close at, the worker stated they closed at 7 pm but he was gonna close in 5 minutes. I let him know that I'm on my way and I would be there in 6 minutes. He said that's okay. I show up and the place is closed! I don't understand why they are closing earlier, 7 pm is when the business states it is closed. Pretty decent place - better than waiting in line at the USPS! This place is run by a family which is pretty cool to still see "corporations aren't people!" haha... They have mailboxes for rental, packing and shipping services, fingerprinting and I think even printing business cards or flyers and things like that. I've come in here during the Christmas season and they were so nice to offer some homemade cookies and coffee while waiting to have your package put together and labeled. Nice place! read more

I was a prepaid box holder for years. I came to cancel my box a while back after receiving an email that my 2 year term was up. It was worse then cancelling a gym membership. instead of giving me my mail and saying thank you for being an easy prepaid customer, they held my mail ransom and forced me to pay another month to literally hand me the mail in their hand.it was a week overdue. but i came after getting the notice. I asked them was it really worth it to treat a customer like this for another $25 and the lady made a call to her husband and they stuck to the scam. So all we have as consumers is to report business practices on here. Well after a big stink up and me paying it and getting my mail and leaving negative feedback , they attempt to remedy the situation. They can keep the money. Its not right to put a customer though this for $25. Hope it was worth it. Stay clear!!!!!!! read more

I have had my PO BOX here now for several years and always received the best service. Even when my rental is paid late, Norm will continue to deliver my mail and leave me courtesy notices. He also offers a Notary Public service which I have used when I have to notarize documents from time to time. Access to your mailbox is 24 hours which is very convenient for someone like me which has an unpredictable and busy schedule. If you need a box or have something to ship and do not want to wait in line at the post office, you will be very happy with this place--I am! read more

I've been a customer for almost 25 years, and have gotten nothing but stellar service, and good advice from the store owner, Norm. I've shipped as many as 20 boxes at a time with no problems or issues with Postal Express. Mailboxes have 24 hour access, and notary and copy during normal business hours. The owners really care about the end result of your shipment, and if it doesn't go right, they work with the shipper to quickly resolve the issue. You'll never get that level of service out of USPS or the other shippers on your own. I HIGHLY recommend these folks, and look to continue doing business with them. They are the best when it comes to customer service. read more
