Fortunately, one appointment did not show up, and Ralph went above and beyond by kindly accommodating us. Ralph was calm, patient, respectful, and genuinely kind from beginning to end. I also watched him assist the couple ahead of us, and that really stood out to me. I thought that was very rude of her to say, especially by this point, i see my package leaning against a wall in the back (I have ordered this item from the same seller before, so i know exactly how they package and what materals they use to pack such a large item). The man takes the front desk lady to the back to look one more time and they "find" my package. I confirmed my name with her across the storefront. The lady then acts like everything is OK. I have used their services for Fedex drop off's before and they usually are very kind people to interact with. This experience was not so enjoyable this time.
