I came back the next day, I was nervous that my daughter wouldn't cooperate but Nina was absolutely amazing! My daughter loved her, she listened to everything she said and we were able to get the photo! The patience Nina has is so comforting, she went above and beyond for us and I am so grateful :) I highly recommend Delphi passport and Visa Services.

We saw Alen and Nina, the process was easy. They typed the application, took the photos, they sent in the applications. A few days later, we got text messages saying our passports were approved and exactly one week from the calling Nina our passports arrived by overnight via UPS. If you need a passport, visa, etc. call them; you will be glad you did.

I tried to call to confirm the exact amount to put on a cashiers check, but I don't believe they even have a phone that rings. It would send me to voicemail and say they were busy so I had to drive there and ask a simple question. Just so anyone knows- the check fee is the exact amount listed on the site. I called while I was there and no phone even rang- the front desk person was just chilling on their phone :/

I had an international trip planned where I would be visiting multiple countries, and I decided it…read morewas finally time to get Global Entry. I already had TSA PreCheck, but after a long international flight, the last thing I want to do is stand in a long customs line. The application process was surprisingly easy. I completed everything online and received conditional approval in about a day. After that, I was able to schedule an interview at the Global Entry office near LAX. The office itself was conveniently located right off the freeway, with easy parking directly out front. Once I arrived, the process was just as smooth. They asked for my passport and a few basic questions about myself. The interview was very brief, and I was probably in and out in about 15 minutes. At the end, I was told I was approved and that my Global Entry card would arrive in the mail within about a week. The real payoff came when I returned from my international trip. They used facial recognition, and I basically just walked through the gates and breezed right back into the United States. After a long flight, that convenience alone made the entire process worth it. Overall, my experience with Global Entry was easy, efficient, and incredibly pleasant. Definitely glad I signed up.

BEWARE!!! READ BEFORE VISIT!…read more Short: Be ready to do all the leg work while paying extra. I paid $129 extra to drive back and forth for an hour. Long: This is an unnecessary middle man business that quietly poses as a government service agency. The name itself, "The Passport Office" sounds official enough to uninformed soon to be travelers, such as myself. Though the reality is that you will pay them to simply fill out the same exact form you can do yourself at the post office. Please keep in mind, this does not cover your post office fees as at all. I've been lied to and cheated by this business; and feel utterly frustrated. They assured me that, only they could expedite my passport in 12 business days. They then had me drive to a public post office 30minutes out of my way, only to find out by the US postal employee (bless her), that I only needed to come to post office in the first place. When I returned with my sealed documents and confronted my consultant, Raquel Castellanos, she denied her previous statements assuring me they would help more more than the post office's services. I'm sure I appeared tired, frustrated, and upset to her. Yet I was only met with a defensive attitude. 0/5 Never to return.
