We planned to go to Vietnam and needed visas to do so. We tried to apply for them online but their visa website was particularly confusing and frustrating to use, so we decided to just pay someone else to do it. We found Delphi which was close by and made an appointment. We brought our hotel info, flight info, and passports to the appointment. Alen helped us out and took our photos as part of the process. It was estimated to be completed within 5-7 business days and it was just about that time. They responded quickly to our inquiries and were very friendly. Overall, we paid $65 each for the Vietnam visas and $95 each for the application so it was a total of $320. What a great experience. Is it pricey? Yes, BUT because you procrastinated until the last second to get your passport, you do not even care about the price when you need a passport FAST! Nina and her team must have some powerful magic. I neglected to notice that our kids' passports had just expired 9 weeks before traveling, and USPS could not help us. Delphi took care of us, and amazingly one of the passports arrived within a week! The other two were a day or two later, but that was on UPS. Nina was a pleasure to deal with, and the experience was very calm compared to traditional providers. The only concern was the cost - roughly equivalent to an air ticket for each passport, but that was on me. Highly recommend this facility/business! I panicked that my passport was going to expire in four months and traveling to Europe I needed to renew it. I was told by other companies that it would not be possible and It would be highly unlikely that the expedited services would not get my passport in time. I was told to go to the embassy and wait and hope/pray that they would take care of me. I decided to try one more company and found Delphi. They were able to accommodate me that day and told me that they would be able to handle it. If not, they had a back up plan for me. Approximately four weeks later my passport arrived and everything was taken care of! He had contacted me a couple times letting me know that he had not heard from the passport agency but will continue to call and check on the status. Very professional and very good service. Did what they promised to do. Only negatives include: They allow their employees/owner brings in their dogs to work. As a person with allergies, I'm glad I didn't have to stay around their dog for an extended amount of time. The pricing they offer is a bit expensive. A friend of mine received his Visa the same week as me, he ended up going to the embassy in Los Angeles and I think he saved himself like $400 or so. I guess if time wasn't of the essence it would make more sense to just go to the embassy yourself. The workers here are pretty responsive though and very friendly. This time she assisted me to pull a miracle that it's hard to believe but it happened! My wife & I had our plain ticket , hotel reservation and .... to fly at 11:30 am to South America on Tuesday September 25th 2018. It's Monday around 10:30am & I'm at work in Orange County while got a panic phone call from my wife that she can't find her passport and she has been looking for few hours and no passport! I rushed home to assist with the search & it's now around 11:30 am and sign of passport! Suddenly I remembered Nina & called her office in Newport Beach, she answered the call herself, I told her the story that if we don't leave tomorrow on time will loose a lots of money and other flight reservations! She explained to me it's kind of late for her to send some one now and earliest would be Wednesday am that she can get a passport! But there is one slide chance to do this as long as we provide to her all the necessary documents in the next hour. We are in her office by 12:30 with her documents and no photos, She assisted us with an appointment in the Los Angeles main US passport office in the federal building @ 2:45 pm! She hand my wife a folder with everything that she needed to get her passport including the photos that she took in her office & wished us good Luck. We got to the federal building on time & got her passport before they closed by 5pm! & I called that a miracle! Nina didn't even want to charged us for her services & I insisted!
