I recently faced a stressful and unexpected issue while applying for my Vietnam e‑visa. Despite…read morehaving visited Vietnam two years ago on a cruise and clearly exiting the country in 2024, the system repeatedly flagged me as a temporary resident in Vietnam and refused to process my application. No matter how many times I revised my submission, the same error appeared, leaving me stuck and running out of time. That's when I found Jenny, and she was nothing short of extraordinary. Jenny didn't just assist me -- she advocated for me. She contacted offices in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, navigated layers of bureaucracy, and pushed back when officials insisted on an outrageous $500 "fee" to fix a mistake that wasn't mine. She persisted, sent proof of my exit stamp, and refused to let the issue be brushed aside. Thanks to her determination, the visa was finally approved. Jenny quite literally saved my trip. Without her, I would have missed Hanoi yet again and lost the chance to finally visit Ha Long Bay -- something I had been looking forward to for years. Her professionalism, tenacity, and genuine care turned a near‑disaster into a success. Jenny went above and beyond, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

They are the worst service and personality I have ever encountered. They denied any wrongdoing and accused my mom of using a VN passport for my sister, even though she had a valid visa that they had sold her with their shady business. And my sister checked-in by visa. They disregarded the evidence that my mom presented and screamed at her like lunatics in front of everyone. They even had the nerve to call the police and lie that she was causing trouble for their business.
