We paid over $2,000 for the ticket for travel from March XX to April XX 2026 (less than a month). I had trouble checking in with my mom e-ticket through the app before she arrived at the airport. This was our first experience with Satrlux airline, and yes, their customer service is worse compared to Eve. If you speak English, I'm sure you can book the ticket directly through their website, but since my mom travels alone, she felt more comfortable booking through an agent, which I do not recommend. This agent was terrible -- they entered my mom's name incorrectly, which prevented me from checking in online. We arrived early at the airport, following her advice to check in and get a physical ticket, which was unnecessary since everything else could be done with just a QR code from the app, to avoid long waits. We arrived at 6:15 pm and had to wait in line until 8:30 pm for the check-in booth to open, while most people checked in earlier and only needed to drop off their luggage. We paid over $2,000 for my mom's ticket, and she couldn't get a good seat because those who checked in early were assigned seats first. If you want to avoid what my mom went through, stay away from this agency. They are the worst.

She is one of the agents who is multilingual (Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin, and 1 other Chinese dialect). She put together my previous trip to Italy and Greece. When the tour company changed our tour without notifying us within a week of our departure, Cam worked extra to put together a similar package on her own for a comparable price. Due to that professionalism and hard work I went back for my next trip. Again she worked with me on slightly short notice to put together an independent trip to Budapest and Vienna. Cam was very accommodating on every aspect of the trip so we got exactly what we wanted. With travel prices as they are now, if you can go you should. Having been on other bus tours by different companies before and it not going so well, I was very hesitant to go again. But I'm glad I got talked into this because everything was wonderful! Our tour was a 4 days, 3 nights tour visiting Grand Canyon, Sedona, Slide Rock Park, and Las Vegas. For our trip we had 2 buses with over 100 people but both the guides and drivers worked diligently to ensure we were all taken care of. On the bus that I was on, Lisa and Nghia took care of us. John was in charge of the second bus. They were friendly, entertaining, and accommodating. During the ride they played movies to pass the time. They made stops about every 2 hours to make sure everyone can use the bathroom. Complimentary snacks and water were passed out throughout the trip. At each stop, we also had adequate time to take photos. Our tour guide Nghia walked around and snapped photos of us too on his professional camera and after the trip they made every family a CD so we can all have photos for memories. That is a very nice touch to everything that they're doing right so far. The hotels they chose for us to stay in were clean and has complimentary breakfast. I felt like we were so well taken care of and I cannot thank you enough to Lisa, Nghia, and John for giving us such a wonderful experience!
