I didn't need to fill out any paperwork or take any pictures. Within 5 days they called me back and I picked up my passport and visa (sticker) inside. (I'm Vietnamese) you have to be Vietnamese to get the 5 year one I believe. I've recommended all my Viet friends who wants to visit Vietnam even though they said they're only going for a short time. Once you visit VN you'll more likely will go back next time etc. With a 5 years one, you don't need to keep getting a tourist visa everytime. This saves time and money.

Our family of 13 just got back from a tour with Family Tours this past week and I must say that I…read morewas thoroughly impressed with my experience. Having been on other bus tours by different companies before and it not going so well, I was very hesitant to go again. But I'm glad I got talked into this because everything was wonderful! Our tour was a 4 days, 3 nights tour visiting Grand Canyon, Sedona, Slide Rock Park, and Las Vegas. For our trip we had 2 buses with over 100 people but both the guides and drivers worked diligently to ensure we were all taken care of. On the bus that I was on, Lisa and Nghia took care of us. John was in charge of the second bus. They were friendly, entertaining, and accommodating. During the ride they played movies to pass the time. They made stops about every 2 hours to make sure everyone can use the bathroom. Complimentary snacks and water were passed out throughout the trip. At each stop, we also had adequate time to take photos. Our tour guide Nghia walked around and snapped photos of us too on his professional camera and after the trip they made every family a CD so we can all have photos for memories. That is a very nice touch to everything that they're doing right so far. The hotels they chose for us to stay in were clean and has complimentary breakfast. I felt like we were so well taken care of and I cannot thank you enough to Lisa, Nghia, and John for giving us such a wonderful experience! I will definitely recommend Family Tours to friends and family and am looking forward to our next tour.

Our first tour with Family Tours was in 2016 and they have been our "Family" since. We have taken several trips and their services have been nothing but exceptional! We especially appreciate Mike, the bus driver, who always carefully drive with his passengers' safety first in mind. Many thanks, Family Tours, keep up the great work!

It would have been easier to deal with this if the distance difference was not from HA NOI TO SAIGON, it left us all scrambling last minute. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

I am certain that as an experienced Visa application processor, Mr. T. Nguyen would have caught this and contact me BUT NO, he processed my application and took my money. We had an amazing time at Disneyland and California Adventure during the Christmas holiday season…read moreall thanks to Christine! We are clueless on all things Disney and working with SoCal Private Tours ensured we ALL had a great time (parents included!) To start, Christine is incredibly thoughtful on how she helps plan the day based on the guests ages, height, and interests. We fully trusted her recommendations and tips, such as getting at the park at an early time, etc. We were able to do SO much: including coasters for my 6 year old and younger kid rides for my 3 year old... plus there were 4 adults who all had fun. What was most remarkable was that we really did not have to wait in line long at all, to the credit of Christine's expert planning, navigation of the parks, and her navigation of fast pass lines. On top of a very successful day, we had a great time with Christine! She is incredibly kind and fun to hang out with. I cannot imagine going to Disneyland without SoCal Private Tours!
