All I needed was…read moreto bring my passport that is at least valid for 1 year and my fee which was low, only a little more than a 3 months multiple entry tourist visa. I didn't need to fill out any paperwork or take any pictures. Within 5 days they called me back and I picked up my passport and visa (sticker) inside. (I'm Vietnamese) you have to be Vietnamese to get the 5 year one I believe. I've recommended all my Viet friends who wants to visit Vietnam even though they said they're only going for a short time. Once you visit VN you'll more likely will go back next time etc. With a 5 years one, you don't need to keep getting a tourist visa everytime. This saves time and money.

Having been on other bus tours by different companies before and it not going so well, I was very hesitant to go again. But I'm glad I got talked into this because everything was wonderful! Our tour was a 4 days, 3 nights tour visiting Grand Canyon, Sedona, Slide Rock Park, and Las Vegas. For our trip we had 2 buses with over 100 people but both the guides and drivers worked diligently to ensure we were all taken care of. On the bus that I was on, Lisa and Nghia took care of us. John was in charge of the second bus. They were friendly, entertaining, and accommodating. During the ride they played movies to pass the time. They made stops about every 2 hours to make sure everyone can use the bathroom. Complimentary snacks and water were passed out throughout the trip. At each stop, we also had adequate time to take photos. Our tour guide Nghia walked around and snapped photos of us too on his professional camera and after the trip they made every family a CD so we can all have photos for memories. That is a very nice touch to everything that they're doing right so far. The hotels they chose for us to stay in were clean and has complimentary breakfast. I felt like we were so well taken care of and I cannot thank you enough to Lisa, Nghia, and John for giving us such a wonderful experience! I will definitely recommend Family Tours to friends and family and am looking forward to our next tour.

Getting anything free from Disney is an appreciated rarity. There's a lot of cool neat trivia about how sour dough is made, the yeast cultures that go into it, historical facts about Boudin, and you can watch them make and bake the bread right there behind a glass window. From start to finish, it's a nice activity that's not super busy and not cortisol spiking at Disney. Honestly, each time I've gone here, all the tables are full, but I don't blame them. It's indoors covered seating and a place you can enjoy your bread bowl and enjoy the scenes of making (and I guess breaking) bread. I did not realize The Bakery Tour is just one room explaining how bread is made. Okay so, the exterior is super cute within the San Frantokyo area with great themeing, and an adorable car outside. Just bad timing on that one, so no negative marks for that. Apparently they used to have video screens but now don't even have that in showing you how sourdough bread is made. Don't get me wrong, I love the bread and I love the adorable Mickey Mouse design - Vampire Mickey during Halloween! And other seasonal specials throughout the year.
