He was so friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable... and he let us pick the music (extra points)! We were a group of 9 and did the South OC pickup from San Juan Capistrano. The shuttle van fits a total of 14, so we were joined by another couple and pair of sisters, who thankfully, were really cool people, so it wasn't awkward at all. The shuttle van was very comfortable and Joseph provided waters and snacks, but you can also bring your own if you like. We visited 4 wineries in total, tastings and winery tours were included in the ticket price, and most wineries offer a 10-25% discount on bottle purchases through Best Coast Tours as well. You can even order your lunch in advance, not included in the ticket price, to be delivered during your lunch stop on the tour. We chose that option and enjoyed our lunch seated at a table on the grass listening to live music. Everything was so convenient and we really got lucky with the beautiful weather. Overall it was a great experience, I would definitely recommend Best Coast Tours to anyone from SoCal looking to spend a day out in Temecula without any of the stress of planning and coordinating. Our 1st stop was at Danza del Sol because they're the earliest that opens in the valley at 10:30am. Known for their whites, the Estate Sauvignon Blanc was my favorite there. They gave us a production tour before heading off to the next winery. Oak Mountain was everyone's least favorite. Sure, the cave tour was interesting, their charcuterie board was pleasant to the eyes and palate, though sadly, their wines were horrible. Lunch is not included in the package so I was able to choose where to go - Bolero at Europa Village. Reservations were made in advance, thanks, Joseph and he dropped us off there giving us about 1.5 hours before picking us up to continue with our tour next door. Our last stop for the day turned out to be my number one out of all the 3 wineries. Callaway has beautiful grounds, they have a more high end vibe, and the wines were better in quality relatively speaking. I enjoyed their 2019 Winemaker's Reserve Chardonnay, 2018 Wild Yeast Viognier, 2018 Wild Yeast Petite Sirah, and 2018 Wild Yeast Cab Sauv. I only wish we stayed outdoors to soak in the weather and scenery but the tasting was indoors so we hung out at the bar inside. We spent about an hour at each winery and by 3:30pm, we were ready to head back to OC. Joseph was a great guide all in all. While driving, he would tell us bits of interesting information about the wineries, stables, etc. we'd see along the way - very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Everyone had a grand time!

We learned sooooo many cool facts about the city and covered serious ground in just one day. If I personally tried to see all the things we saw, it would've taken me three days, wasting time trying to find parking and navigating traffic. This tour picks you up from your hotel (if your hotel is on the list - there's many listed), or you can meet the bus in front of a cafe in Santa Monica. The drivers are current actors who therefore know a lot about the city and are wonderful and entertaining communicators. The tour takes you everywhere you want to see: Santa Monica pier, Venice Beach, Griffith Park Observatory (Hollywood sign), Hollywood, the Walk if Fame, Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, Original Farmers Market (lunch on your own), the Grove, past several celebrities' homes, past famous bars/comedy clubs/neighborhoods/etc. The tour was from 8:30am to 5:30pm (based on our specific hotel pick-up/drop-off times) so be prepared for a full day. There's not a dull moment though -- hence the tour's solid five-star reviews. Every time our guide spoke, it was to tell us an incredibly interesting fact and when we had a stretch of just highway (only a handful of times), he played fun music and let everyone relax. We got about 15-60 minutes at each stop, depending on how much there was to see. You do each stop on your own (after being told what to look for). I learned new facts on this second time around and truly feel like I have a deep understanding of the city. It was a direct shuttle bus from the hotel to the Forum. The bus was there ahead of time and letting everybody get on as they checked our tickets. The bus was clean and the driver was polite and helpful. As we got underway, the driver started telling jokes and playing RUSH music to get us ready for the concert. He told us multiple times where we would be picked up after the concert, and he was there and ready as we left the concert. The really bonus is we didn't have to wait for an Uber, not to mention you had to walk forever to get to a place where an Uber can pick up up after the concert. The drive back was just as fun, jokes, music and a great experience overall.

I didn't need to fill out any paperwork or take any pictures. Within 5 days they called me back and I picked up my passport and visa (sticker) inside. (I'm Vietnamese) you have to be Vietnamese to get the 5 year one I believe. I've recommended all my Viet friends who wants to visit Vietnam even though they said they're only going for a short time. Once you visit VN you'll more likely will go back next time etc. With a 5 years one, you don't need to keep getting a tourist visa everytime. This saves time and money.
