Plus, the bus was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and our driver was awesome--professional, easygoing, and made sure we were always on time without ever feeling rushed. He was so friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable... and he let us pick the music (extra points)! We were a group of 9 and did the South OC pickup from San Juan Capistrano. The shuttle van fits a total of 14, so we were joined by another couple and pair of sisters, who thankfully, were really cool people, so it wasn't awkward at all. The shuttle van was very comfortable and Joseph provided waters and snacks, but you can also bring your own if you like. We visited 4 wineries in total, tastings and winery tours were included in the ticket price, and most wineries offer a 10-25% discount on bottle purchases through Best Coast Tours as well. You can even order your lunch in advance, not included in the ticket price, to be delivered during your lunch stop on the tour. We chose that option and enjoyed our lunch seated at a table on the grass listening to live music. Everything was so convenient and we really got lucky with the beautiful weather. Overall it was a great experience, I would definitely recommend Best Coast Tours to anyone from SoCal looking to spend a day out in Temecula without any of the stress of planning and coordinating. The ticket price is very reasonable considering everything that's included. Don't hesitate!

All I knew is that there was going to be food and wine for duration of an hour and a half and so I was super excited about that! Once our group of girls got seated in the trolley our host for the night explained what our tour was going to entail. We were going to visit ten local restaurants around old town Orange and enjoy different kinds of wines along the way. We each got our wine sippy cup and we were off! As we drove around Old town Orange I really enjoyed learning about the history of the city as well as learning about some of the historic sites. I actually live in Orange and I never knew that the center park was actually called the Plaza and not the circle. When we were ready to stop at the first place I was actually surprised that we didn't have to hop off but actually the restaurants brought the food to us in the Trolley! Each place gave us a small introduction of their food and business and gave us some small bites of some of their popular dishes. By the end of the tour I was pretty stuffed. Our group had such a great time and I only wished the tour lasted all night long..Haha!

Between rebuilding our lives and our home, we simply didn't have the time or money for a honeymoon. When I saw the gondola ride advertised, I thought it would be the perfect way to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We made the drive from Rancho Cucamonga, and traffic was horrible. By the time we arrived, we were stressed and running late. From the moment we walked in, the young lady at the front desk (she had blonde hair, and I'm so sorry I forgot your name! ‍) greeted us with the warmest smile. She immediately told me to relax and assured me everything was going to be okay. Then I realized my phone was on only 5%, and I asked if they happened to have a charger. Without hesitation, she handed me a portable charger so I could capture the memories from our very first gondola ride. Our gondolier, Waylon (I hope I'm spelling your name correctly! ), was absolutely amazing. He was kind, professional, and so knowledgeable about the history of the area. He made the experience even more special. At the end of our ride, the sweet young lady surprised me with a beautiful rose. Such a simple gesture meant so much. After the incredibly difficult year and a half we've had, this team completely turned our stressful day around and gave us a first wedding anniversary we'll never forget. Thank you for your kindness, your hospitality, and for reminding us that even the smallest acts of compassion can make the biggest difference.

Having been on other bus tours by different companies before and it not going so well, I was very hesitant to go again. But I'm glad I got talked into this because everything was wonderful! Our tour was a 4 days, 3 nights tour visiting Grand Canyon, Sedona, Slide Rock Park, and Las Vegas. For our trip we had 2 buses with over 100 people but both the guides and drivers worked diligently to ensure we were all taken care of. On the bus that I was on, Lisa and Nghia took care of us. John was in charge of the second bus. They were friendly, entertaining, and accommodating. During the ride they played movies to pass the time. They made stops about every 2 hours to make sure everyone can use the bathroom. Complimentary snacks and water were passed out throughout the trip. At each stop, we also had adequate time to take photos. Our tour guide Nghia walked around and snapped photos of us too on his professional camera and after the trip they made every family a CD so we can all have photos for memories. That is a very nice touch to everything that they're doing right so far. The hotels they chose for us to stay in were clean and has complimentary breakfast. I felt like we were so well taken care of and I cannot thank you enough to Lisa, Nghia, and John for giving us such a wonderful experience! I will definitely recommend Family Tours to friends and family and am looking forward to our next tour.
