I found Boat & Bottle when looking for a memorable experience to take my wife on for our first Valentine's Day as a married couple, and I am very glad I did. Captain Sebastian was super friendly and a fantastic communicator, making sure we had all the information we needed to make it to the launch ramp on time (directions, parking, etc.). We got lucky and caught a SpaceX launch from the boat, which was surreal to see. We opted for the V-day package which included flowers, chocolates, and balloons and really added to the ambience. Overall it was a magical night, and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique date night. read more

We did the burial at sea option. The boat was very nice. That captain and his first mate were very accommodating. On our way back to the dock we were blessed with a cloud that looked like Jesus on the cross. It couldn't have gone any better. read more

I brought my wife on the Boat and Bottle for her birthday and it was a perfect cruise in the harbor to make a memorable night! Sebastian was a great captain and host; while we relaxed and enjoyed the cruise he was bringing our drinks and a charcuterie board, then blankets and a birthday cake and even sang happy birthday! Boat and Bottle Review - The Wet Dream You Want to Remember If you've ever wondered what it's like to cruise through Naples Island on a boat called Wet Dreams with a wine glass that magically refills itself, look no further--Captain Sebastian has created a floating fantasy that's equal parts luxury, laughter, and "did that just happen?" My wife and I booked a one-hour date night cruise, but once Captain Sebastian heard it was my birthday, he upgraded us to the dinner cruise (for a reasonable fee, not a ransom) and let me tell you--it was the best upsell I've ever said yes to. It felt less like a birthday cruise and more like being adopted by a sea-bound, wine-wielding fairy godfather with a playlist and a spatula. Captain Sebastian is not just a captain. He's also a chef, wine pourer, host, comedian, and if you give him a mic and a glass of merlot, a lounge singer too. He made sure we were safe, well-fed, and emotionally hydrated (translation: our wine glasses were never empty). The man could give the Pope a hospitality lesson. The boat itself? Wet Dreams lives up to the name--sleek, smooth, and not nearly as awkward as it sounds when you say it out loud in front of strangers. Cruising past "Horny Corner" (yes, that's a real place and no, we didn't ask questions), we felt like we were in a dream. A dream that was warmer, buzzier, and better catered than anything I've experienced, including that gondola ride in Venice back in 2011. Sorry, Italy--Sebastian doesn't need a guitar; he is the entertainment. To summarize: romantic ambiance, delicious food, endless wine, comedy gold, and the entertaining voice of a man who clearly missed his calling as a cruise ship cabaret star. It was hands-down the best birthday I've ever had, and I didn't even have to cross an ocean to get there. We're already planning the Catalina overnight cruise next. Because once you ride Wet Dreams, there's no going back. If you're looking for a fun boat cruise, we highly recommend Boat and Bottle read more

What stuck out to me the most was how he responded when things went south. Our reservation was originally a few weeks ago but due to a technical error with the lights that was beyond his control, Sebastian had to cancel a full day of reservations and reschedule. Even so, with all of that potential business lost, he still went above and beyond to do right by my party. Last night we came to the dock, he sanitized everything and got us on the boat in a timely matter and we were still laughing it up and acting like it was still my friend's birthday (sash and all)! Super witty and funny, had good music playing the entire time, we're sipping our wine and seeing all the nice houses and views, all while he's cooking our food. Food's awesome, everything's fresh and local and you can just tell this man knows how to throw down on a grill! Then, he surprises my friend with a birthday cake! We had a really amazing time and Sebastian is a very light hearted, chill dude with great business, great customer service and he definitely deserves your dollars! read more

I booked a reservation on Boat and a Bottle to celebrate my fiancé birthday. Captain Sebastian and his First Mate Staro were absolutely awesome! Captain Sebastian greeted us with a warm smile and wished my fiancé a happy birthday as we boarded. We sailed the marina for 90 minutes and Captain Sebastian was engaging but allowed us to spend quite time together so we can take in the clear skies, the full moon and the ambience. He had hors d'oeuvres and grilled us his amazing entrées Succulent Rib Eye and Honeysuckle BBQ Chicken Breast Smothered in Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ SAUCE. I had to quote them as they were delectable as advertised. The birthday cake was also out of this world. This is an experience we will never forget. We loved it so much that my fiancé and I will be reserving Boat and a Bottle for an overnight stay at Catalina Island. If you want to do something out of the ordinary for a fair price Boat and a Bottle will deliver and you will not be disappointed. Boat and a Bottle created an epic voyage!!!! If you are looking for a fun evening experience to get out into the water, Boat and a Bottle is perfect for you. Sebastian, the captain, has a great personality and keeps everyone entertained for the entire boat ride. We were celebrating a birthday and did the sunset cruise at 6 pm. The boat is perfect for a group of 6. We were able to sit at the bow and watch the beautiful sunset. We got 2 bottles of wines and a cheese platter with crackers with our booking. Sebastian even surprised us with a complimentary cupcake to celebrate the birthday. We got stopped by the Coast Guard and Sebastian got a 100% for his safety check! Definitely good to know that we are on a safe boat. I called Sebastian to make the booking. He was extremely polite and helpful. We coordinated mostly over text which was easy and convenient. He even gave us detailed directions to get to his boat. I look forward to going back during Christmas. read more

Boat And Bottle - Capt Sebastian - Boat Tours Near Me

I've had to kind of cool off so I could write this properly and it will be long so please bear with me. I called boat and bottle to book a private cruise so that I could propose to my girlfriend. I asked how much for a private boat ride and I was told $195 or $295 for two people (I can't remember exactly). I was asked what the occasion was for after mentioning I wanted to propose I was told that they could do more for me if that was the case. I spoke to the captain for 30 minutes on the phone and I said let's do it! I was told we were getting a $250,000 brand new Yacht after he said that I had expected the Lamborghini of boats to show up. This would not be the case and I will go into detail about that later Well anyway the bill was $1,375 with gratuity included. I was told we get flowers, dinner video and photos. When we booked there wasn't scheduled rain. The Day of it was raining,so here's strike one. There was no call the day before to say, "hey, do you want to rebook this". Strike 2 we show up and this boat is tiny the back of it barely sat 5-6 people and the captain was only 3 feet away at most which completely took the intimacy out of the experience Strike 3 the photos and video are taken on an iPhone 7 Strike 4 was the flowers wine and dinner ribeye steaks was pieces of flank steak cut up and seasoned, the flowers were half dying Ralph's bought flowers and he kept saying how he gave us a free $30 bottle of $8 wine It was wet, cold and just an absolutely not the experience I wanted Would it have made a nice Friday night date? Sure, but it wasn't a $1,300 private intimate experience It was so small of a boat that while dinner was being made I kept having to turn my legs so the captain could walk by and cook it was either that or sit in the rain Maybe a $300 experience on a good day My proposal was ruined my girlfriend cried all night and now I'm out $1,300 and have to try again I was sent the pictures and instantly deleted them I was just so sick to my stomach. The final strike was when i voiced my concerns I was offered only offered a refund for the gratuity after spending 30 minutes on the phone with them trying to justify that what they did was right The pictures on their website are super deceiving And I'm not one to leave a bad review ever unless it was deserved (feel free to check my other reviews) Just want to save someone else from the mistake I made And I'm sure the reply here will be that they included dinner for free and included two people for a total of 4 in at no no charge We got an hour boat ride With cheap dinner for 4 people with an underwhelming experience Update to captains reply I didn't ask for all my money back And there was never a threat of a bad review in there what so ever in fact I never had any intention of doing so what so ever because I had specifically told him I'd definitely go on a day trip but for what the event was I wasn't satisfied with what I got The phone call in which he gaslighted me for 30 minutes is where I made the decision to post something and he did offer back his gratuity but that was never optional it was included in the trip 18% now if my cousin tipped him afterwards I have no clue I didn't ask for all the money back he asked "what could I do to make it right and I said it was more of a 500-700 trip than a 1300 trip This is where he offered back his 18% of included gratuity and I did say I could care less about the $200 it was never about the money though I really just wanted a bit more of an apology but I think the captains reply filled with insults and snide comments should give you a much better idea of the business owner than my review ever could read more

So I did a complete birthday surprise for my boyfriend this past weekend.. Captain Sebastian and his first mate were amazing to work with! They nailed everything to the "T". I went ahead and ordered the complete VIP package. We were served with wine, cheese, crackers and a delicious meal that Sebastian himself cooked on the boat! I was in complete shock of how good the steak was because I'm not a big red meat eater, but I ate everything and so did my boyfriend! Lol. We had planned for a cake or even cheesecake to present my boyfriend with and he ordered us a strawberry cheesecake, that is to die forrrr! No exaggeration! If you are considering a romantic, yet fun evening over the water. Don't hesitate and plan ahead! Thank you so much Captain Sebastian for a memorable birthday! My boyfriend and I received this as a gift. Arranging the tour was super easy and Sebastian provided clear details about where to meet and how he would pick us up on the water. The ride includes a bottle of wine and some snacks and the great company of Sebastian, our captain. He was super nice, friendly and knowledgeable about long beach real estate. My friend and I randomly decided to go on a boat cruise and found Boat and a Bottle that same day, at 3pm. We called up Captain Sebastian and he was able to squeeze our last minute booking for his 6pm trip. Once confirmed, he gave us a very detailed explanation of our trip. Where to park, where we'll meet, and what to expect. The cruise was 90 minutes long. We were with another couple, so a total of 5 people on board, but it didn't feel crowded. Captain Sebastian was very knowledgeable, and entertaining. He was very accommodating as well, he had a couple of blankets we can borrow incase we get cold. He served us wine AND he didn't let our cup go empty. He also served a selection of crackers and cheese. Overall it was a really great experience. He made sure everything was disinfected and there were sanitizers on site. I recommend 10/10. read more

This was a fun mini cruise or tour around Naples. Cap'n Sebastián was a lot of fun. He got jokes. He also cooks so the next time I'm out that way, I may do a mini dinner cruise with him. The menu sounded delicious. It was a nice view of the large, expensive homes and many boats even a gondola ride. I'm still not sure why this section we went past is called "Horny Corner" although Cap'n Sebastián probably explained it. I just couldn't get past the name. If you're looking for something to do, as we did, check out this tour. read more
