I purchased a Groupon with this company as a Christmas present for my sister and one of her friends. Unfortunately her friend was unable to make any of the dates, so I was lucky enough to be her plus one. I spoke with Travis, one of the owners of this company, over several weeks, and although the Groupon was well expired, he not only upgraded us but also fulfilled the deal several months after the due date. My sister and I grew up watching many history-based shows such as Huell Howser. And Travis provided not only an incredible experience, and very deep knowledge of the San Fernando Valley in general, but also entertained us the entire time with exceptional facts about the area. And I am saying this as someone who has been living in this area for about six years! The tour itself was nothing less than magical! My sister and I both agreed we not only we learned so much about the area that we live in, but that Michelle (the other owner) created a fun and almost spiritual journey that we don't think we would've experienced any other way. It was as if we were with friends that we've known for a long time. Without giving too much of this journey away, we were able to explore and learn about local dispensaries and the histories of what makes them unique and explored wineries that I had never heard of. Although we were mainly exploring the areas around where I live, it truly felt like I was in a whole other world! As I mentioned prior, we were upgraded from the original Groupon that we purchased, and we were so impressed that we are already talking about how we are planning to experience more of their tours and look forward to learning more about the area that we live in. This was the absolute "BEST" tour that I have taken! I arranged the tour as a 50th birthday celebration and Travis and Michelle went over and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed ourselves while taking us to places that were much more than expected. I learned so much and was exposed to several excellent wineries and recreation experiences in the Malibu mountains that I would have never known existed. The experience was very personalized and was much more than I ever expected. The van was FIRST CLASS, with yummy snacks, and a wonderful sound system where we were able to listen to whatever music we preferred. I was lucky to have had the opportunity to experience the opportunity. Hands down the best tour I have ever been on!!! I booked this tour as a gift for my wife while we were on vacation in Los Angeles and I can't wait to come back to L.A. to do another trip with L.A. Hemp Tours!! We were first taken to two dispensaries where we were given the best VIP tour of the clinic. The first dispensary was like walking into a grocery store, they had an amazing selection of edibles to even include marijuana honey! The second dispensary also gave us another fantastic VIP tour where we could actually see one of their grow operations and how it functions. It is where one of the best cannabis growers in the U.S. has his clinic. The bud there was sensational!! While my wife and I were smoking our cannabis along with ten other cool strangers in this super awesome party bus, our tour guide drove us along the Pacific Coast where we saw over 20 miles of the most beautiful coastline in California. Throughout the tour our tour guide provided us all with fun facts and history of Los Angeles. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out many key points of the area that only a local would know. We even saw the bar where Quentin Tarantino wrote his first two screenplays! We then made a stop at one of the best surf beaches in L.A. where we had a relaxing walk on the beach and even saw the surfers riding the waves. I booked the San Fernando Valley Grow tour for my husbands birthday. It was amazing! The bus was great it had great snacks and beverages free of charge. There was all the needed essential any 420er could want I. E. Ashtrays, great pipes. Our tour guides were personable, knowledgeable very engaging and super down to the earth. The trivia games were fun. The dispensaries we dope. All the staff was really accommodating and had plenty of product. I personally don't smoke but I was happy to try the CBd products and they had plenty of options for those as well. It was plenty of time at each dispensary we didn't feel rushed or pressed for time at all. Super cool idea for a modern business we would definitely recommend!!! read more

My friend Roger and I went on the San Fernando Valley Weed and Grow tour at the end of July. No matter how many people on the bus they find a way to cater the tour to your group. Not only were they hilarious and knowledgeable, they were really warm and engaging. I would highly recommend not wasting money on any of the other tours and stick with this one. I bought this excursion for my husband for Father's Day, and we had a blast!!
