This is for the blacklight painting activity. The paint was barely visible because the rooms were so soaked in paint. The floors were so slippery we had to be very careful as to not fall over. The paint leaked through the shoe covers and coveralls, which was fine because it's washable I think, so dont wear nice clothes or shoes. At 40 dollars per person (with a groupon) it was way overpriced for a 15min activity. Each person gets a canvas and can pick it up after 24hr or so since it is wet. Would not go back. They also have a cat which my kid and I are allergic to so my throat was itchy the whole time. I figured I paid so may as well. Would not go back. The coveralls are are cool so great photo op tho. read more

Such a great place! Came here to celebrate my nephew's birthday. We were going in late as it was and they were so nice and understanding and held our reservation! Hi, Just went today with a good friend and we had a blast. Israel, our host led us to our room full of glass and breakables. We slugged it out and released pent-up anger and frustration. This is a one and done experience. It was fun smashing beer bottles and Martha Stewart plates but it got old. The place is really loud between the music, shattered glass, and banging. Thankfully, they offer ear plugs. They supply canvas overalls, thick leather gloves and a helmet with a face shield. It gets really hot. They should turn on the AC and drop the temp to the 60s. read more

We took our teenagers to this rage room and it was an absolute hit. From the moment they walked in, they were excited--and by the end, they were saying it was one of the most fun things they've done in a long time. The staff was friendly, organized, and made everyone feel safe and comfortable before getting started. The environment is well set up, with clear instructions and all the proper safety gear provided. As a parent, that was really important to me. For teens especially, this is such a great outlet--high energy, a little bit of chaos, and a lot of laughter. You want to go to a place where you can relieve all your stress, or take the kids to get off that damn social media, or are you wanting to shed calories, well, this is the place, break shit and not care, oh man, the feeling is wonderful, the staff are super nice, everything you use or wear is sanitized and clean. I reserved what I think is the last spot at 9:30, took the kids and we smashed so many plates and bottles and because we were 4, it included a piece of furniture to break and that was cool. We finished with a little time to spare so they allowed us to add destroying what was left of the car they had there and that was fun. Overall, I loved it and the kids loved it, they were able to kinda let off that steam they seem to keep internally and so did I, awesome awesome place, would def recommend, two thumbs up, fine holiday fun!! read more

We came on a busy Sunday after a children's birthday party, so it was understandably chaos. I felt bad for the girl working trying to navigate so many parties at once. She was so sweet to us and apologized for the wait. It took a second to get our footing with putting on all the gear correctly (wear silicone gloves under the workers gloves yall! They're black and may be easy to miss visually if it's your first time). The glass breaking was fun but ultimately it's the most worth it to come smash a car! I'll be going the car route next time. read more

Work bonding event. After a quick bite nearby, a group from work wandered over to destroy things. That's how I'm describing the evening, because that's what I did. I was out to bash and smash and pound whatever I could swing my thing at. For starters, not sure how it would be to just walk in. Especially with a crowd. I'd suggest making reservations either way. Just in case. This was on a school night so parking was easy. Not to mention, we had walked over from a nearby restaurant so we had all parked somewhere in between. Lots all over the area. And since we got there in the evening, there was street parking too. Read the signs for restrictions. Checked in and dressed up in overalls, gloves, and helmet with eye protection. Then went and destroyed a car. Hope my coworkers aren't too traumatized after seeing me rage and just dismantle a car with a bat. After I don't know how long, we were ushered into another room where we could smash bottles. Destroy and smash I did. To the point that my arms were sore the next day. This place is just what I expected it to be plus more! I brought my mom here for her birthday, we booked the 10:30 am slot which was awesome because they let us pick which type of music we wanted to rage to (of course we picked system of the down) they provided protection gear for us to wear and a black basket full of glass bottles, plates, bowls and cups! The best part about is it you can make a mess out and let out all the pent up anger on the items then leave the mess behind! We will definitely be back! read more

To add to this, we needed to be buzzed in so we could enter the premise. Once we were inside, the ambiance changed completely and there were a couple of IG worthy spots to take pictures while checking in. We opted for the spinning art experience since my daughter is too young to partake in the more elaborate ones. Originally, we booked for 4 people but one person got sick so we asked if we could transfer the funds for that person for another experience since there are no refunds. Luckily, was able to contact them the day before and added the bunny paint pour over experience. Ozzie was our guide and he was super kind and gentle with my daughter. We were instructed to pick 5 colors and then we donned our plastic bootie covers, apron and gloves. We entered our designated art room and was blown away by all the colors on the wall. There was even a tire swing which my daughter was all about. The spinning art experience was a lot of fun and I enjoyed seeing my daughter embrace the paint. I think her favorite part was when she had free rein to paint all over the walls. Overall, we had a great time. Only down side is that it does go by super quick and is quite an expensive experience for one hour. However, we get to have a treasured memento which is ready for pick up about 5 days afterwards and we did have a great time. That being said, #noragrats!

Rather than listening and showing compassion, he was rude and unwilling to understand my son's needs. Businesses that serve families should make an effort to educate their staff about disabilities and neurodiversity. With autism becoming more widely recognized, basic awareness, empathy, and reasonable accommodations should not be too much to ask. This experience left us feeling unwelcome and unsupported. I will also be reaching out to upper management, including Cynthia Torres, to make her aware of this situation and to see whether changes can be made. As an autism mom, it is my responsibility to advocate not only for my son but for other individuals with autism and disabilities as well. No family should have to experience being dismissed or treated without understanding when simply requesting reasonable accommodations. My hope is that this feedback leads to better education, awareness, and compassion from staff so that all guests feel welcomed and respected.

Around 5:40 PM, I went to the front desk to ask if we could extend for another hour since we were planning to order food and drinks. I explained that our server never returned to take our order, but the staff at the front didn't seem to care and just said they were "full" and couldn't extend our time. There was no attempt to fix the situation or acknowledge the poor service. To make things worse, our lane time was cut off about 15 minutes early even though we paid for a full hour. Another thing that made me uncomfortable was that the server said he needed to hold onto my credit card to keep the tab open. I agreed because we planned to order more food and drinks, but given the lack of service, that felt questionable. I'll definitely be keeping a close eye on my statement to make sure there are no unauthorized charges. Overall, very poor service and a frustrating experience. I wouldn't recommend this place.
