On the day of our reservation, Steven text me two hours before our meeting time that he had to cancel due to tour bus experiencing a coolant problem. Unfortunately, because I was driving, I read the text one hour before our reservation time. It was a 2 hour commute, and to find out the tour is cancelled one hour before was a disservice. Unfortunately, we couldn't book any other tours because reservations were full everywhere else, It was close to 11 am which most tours leave. Then, Groupon refunds me in Groupon bucks instead of original form of payment, and this was split between two people. Steve was great at coordinating our wine tasting day for a party of 16. He chose three wineries and they were great selections. The only part I would do next time for such a large group is request longer than 4 1/2 hours booking because it was really hard to get all of our tastings done at each winery. The day of our tour, our tour guide, Louis called us to advise us on where to park. The bus was clean & cool (temp wise) ready for us to head out. The bus had a stripper pole, had a Happy Birthday banner for the bday people which was a nice touch. You are allowed to bring like a cooler backpack packed with what ever alcoholic beverage you want to drink along with snacks they just ask you to not take any into the winery, you can leave it on the bus. Although the cost of this tour was better than others, I guess you get what you pay for, because we were displeased with this tour.  - The driver waited for people, but told us we would still get everything we were supposed to, but we missed our tour time at the last winery. - Our bus had bench seats and a pole, and the pole rattled. - At lunch, the picture of what we pre-ordered did not match the text description, so we had to fight to get what we thought we paid for. - Of the wineries in Temecula, these are probably some of the least popular, and some of the wineries treated tour customers as second-class citizens. The only positive thing I can say is that text and phone communication with the office was timely and reliable. But we will not be using the company again. read more

Was on the 11:30am tour on 5/11/25. Driver was late, did not introduce himself until prompted. At the second location, I asked him where we were supposed to go for our wine tastings and he said "you have to figure it out." Didn't mention how long we were supposed to be there for either. He said he would take pictures of us at the wineries, but never did and said he kept forgetting to. He dropped us off at the last location and didn't tell us when he was leaving. Took off with our stuff in the van. Our group tried to call him and he didn't pick up. Lost a driver's license and a water bottle. Never got a call or text back. read more

Had a great time with Straight off the Vine this past weekend in Temecula with a couple friends. Shared the limo bus with a few other groups for a total of 15 people. The other people were lots of fun. Our driver Ben was friendly and accommodating as well as the other employees that met us at the wineries. We got on the bus at Somerset winery then headed to Akash, Bel Vino, and ended at Somerset which also included a short tour. Each winery has their own unique vibe which was nice to mix it up. Akash was our favorite. We paid $95 per person plus gratuity which was a good value especially considering a tasting at one winery is normally $30. We saved a little bit of money by bringing our own food to have on the bus but you can purchase the lunch for an add-on. Thanks SOTV for a fun birthday celebration for my friend. read more
