My partner and I reached out to the firm for our K1 filing in the beginning of 2022 and met with the immigration lawyer. After receiving very straightforward consultations from him, we decided to go with the firm since they have offices in both SoCal and Ho Chi Minh City. The process took 18 months and was quite dreading for us, but our agent (Quy Nguyen) at the office in Ho Chi Minh City was there with us every step of the way. Despite the time difference between the U.S. and Vietnam, Quy was very quick to respond to our emails even late at night. Quy was also very thorough and proactive with monitoring our case status throughout the 18 months until we received our visa in the mail. On behalf of us, she contacted USCIS, NVC, and the general consulate to check on our case before we even reached out to her. Our fear of paperworks were minimized as Quy double and triple-checked and organized our documents in advance before our interview. They took my money and had me do most of the work myself. all they do is just to help you filing the application at first and they let you do all the work yourself such as uploading documents or evidents. I will say this. They are cheaper than most immigration offices, but that's about as much as I can say for this immoral and greedy office. The people actually handling your files and cases aren't even lawyers. They are secretaries with no formal education in law and all they do is filing and submitting your files to the US Immigration Office. That's it that's all they do, and if something happens to your application they WONT do anything about it. They are a bunch of idiot book keepers. My wife and I had worked with them before to get the temporary green card application through. They charged us $1,300.00, again cheaper than most places. However they are poorly informed and do not have your best interest in my mind. There's a fee waiver with the US Immigration office that if you're a low income couple, you can waive out of the fee for certain forms. Of course this crappy firm doesn't inform you of that, and we had to spend $1,200 of money we barely have. We thought about coming back here again, before realizing how shady they were. My wife called for a consultation again, and this time they said they don't have a price point, that we'd have to come in for them to give us a quote. More like "please come in so we know whether or not you're legitimate and don't know much English so we can scare the crap out of you to charge more money for 'security' and 'peace of mind'". Lucky my wife is smart the second time and decided to get a second opinion. The new office we went to charge us only $150 and told us about the fee waiver. Do yourself and favor and never come here. They are greedy and do not have your best interest in mind. They only care about how much they can charge you if you don't know how to read English and fill out your own paper work. They don't care about your application or your peace of mind. They can't never guarantee that. So don't be fooled. read more

Over a week has gone by now since we paid and they haven't done anything yet. When asked why they haven't done anything yet, they responded they don't have time right now.
