My partner and I reached out to the firm for our K1 filing in the beginning of 2022 and met with the immigration lawyer. After receiving very straightforward consultations from him, we decided to go with the firm since they have offices in both SoCal and Ho Chi Minh City. The process took 18 months and was quite dreading for us, but our agent (Quy Nguyen) at the office in Ho Chi Minh City was there with us every step of the way. Despite the time difference between the U.S. and Vietnam, Quy was very quick to respond to our emails even late at night. Quy was also very thorough and proactive with monitoring our case status throughout the 18 months until we received our visa in the mail. On behalf of us, she contacted USCIS, NVC, and the general consulate to check on our case before we even reached out to her. Our fear of paperworks were minimized as Quy double and triple-checked and organized our documents in advance before our interview. they just take your money here in the US and give all the works to those people that live in vietnam to handle.
