Fedex was supposed to ship my package to a local Walgreens, but they sent it here for some reason. Upon arrival, I asked the front desk lady to see if my package was here. She told me for 2 minutes straight that there was delivered here and that they dont take deliverie's for customer's items from Fedex. I knew my package was here because it was signed off by "DDD" in the store. The way she was speaking to me seemed quite rude, but that may just be how we Vietnamese talk in general, so I brushed that off. I insisted that my package was here (an enormous rectangle box), confirmed the address provided on my tracking number (which matched) with the lady, and asked her to please check the back. She walked through the back once to see and said she still doesn't have anything. The man standing behind the desks whispers in vietnamese to the lady in the front to check the back again. He seemed like he knew my package was there because he was the only one in the store to not deny any delivered package. Meanwhile, another lady standing in the back tells both of the front desk individuals in Vietnamese, "Just tell him we dont have it.". I thought that was very rude of her to say, especially by this point, i see my package leaning against a wall in the back (I have ordered this item from the same seller before, so i know exactly how they package and what materals they use to pack such a large item). The man takes the front desk lady to the back to look one more time and they "find" my package. I confirmed my name with her across the storefront. The lady then acts like everything is OK. I have used their services for Fedex drop off's before and they usually are very kind people to interact with. This experience was not so enjoyable this time. Giving 2 stars because the man ultimately resolved the situation by making the lady reconsider to look for my package thoroughly before I probably would have had to argue with them about my package being in plain view from the front desk. read more

I have used this store to ship oversea a couple years and it's really great. But this time the customer service was extremely worse, rude and disrespectful to me. Managers should have specific trainings for the new staff how to communicate respectfully with customers at your store. Never come back again! Chào mọi ngời! Hôm nay mình muốn chia sẽ trải nghiệm dịch vụ gửi tiền ở M&P . Thứ 1: Mình đến gửi tiền thì chủ làm việc rất nhanh và nhận tiền rất lẹ . TIỀN phí gửi đi rất đắt. Thứ 2: Mình gửi tiền và muốn nhận lại tiền nhng họ không giải quyết cho mình. Minh đến đó 5-6 lần và muốn nói chuyện với chủ mình ngồi đó chờ bà chủ tới 3 tiếng . Và khi chủ đến thì she ngó l mình. Và yêu cầu mình chờ tiếp she lo phục vụ ngời khác trong khi đó mìnnh đến trớc . Nhng mình vẫn ok vì nghĩ lỡ chờ r thì chờ thêm chút nữa. Tầm 45p s she mới hỏi minh cần giúp gì, thì mình có nói và she yêu cầu minh để lại thông tin . She sẽ check và liên lạc với mình. Minh chờ 1 tuần lễ không thấy j hết . Và cũng có đến đó và đợc nhân viên yêu câu đợc lấy thông tin 1 lần nữa:)) . Thứ 3: Sau nhiều lần lăn lê bò chà lên xuống nh vậy vẫn không nhận đợc tiền. Thì mình nhờ bạn minh call trực tiếp đến dịch vụ minh gửi và họ đã giải quyết cho minh trong 10p. Thứ 4: moii ngời nên tránh xa ni này , vì mình thấy chỗ này rất tệ. Lúc đầu mình nghĩ đến chổ ngừoi việt sẽ dễ nói chuyện và giúp đỡ mình hn. Nhng minh đã sai rồi. Sai vì khi đã đến đây và sử dụng dịch vụ. Họ không làm tốt dịch vụ khách hàng khi họ open 1 business, rất vô trách nhiệm và thiếu tôn trọng khách hàng. Mình cần lấy lại tiền của mình chứ đâu có ăn xin hay ăn cắp tiền của họ mà họ thái độ rất kinh khủng. Never come back to this place. Very very bad n greedy service. Please don't use this service. I used to use this service before n got ripped off by this place that I didn't know. As I was using this service again today, they jacked up the price and gave me attitude like they're the only one in this business. As I left the place, I called the other places for price check and realized that this place has double charge me. So I went back there right away to ask for the items n money back, they charge me $10 for the tape n service within 15' and also gave me very bad attitude. The other time I called them n asked them questions regarding the service. They also gave me attitude and hung up the phone before I finished my question. Never again that I use this service. Pls be careful n don't use this service. Mọi người ơi cẩn thận gửi tiền n hàng ở chỗ này nhé. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! The owner has a tendency to overcharge the shipping cost. If you have a package weight at range from 13.2 - 13.5 lbs, then she will charge you for 14 lbs instead. She has no clear explanation why she did that but this is against the law to overcharge intentionally. I have gathered enough evidence to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I've been using this shipping service for a couple of years now and the people here have always had fair prices for international shipping and the fees sending money is much cheaper than sending through Western Union. Would recommend this place to handle all your international shipping needs especially if you're shipping things to Vietnam. read more

The owner is super friendly, decent and I really enjoy doing business with them. If you want to send goods or money back to VN or buy airline tickets to visit someone in VN, this is a great place in Little Saigon. I have been doing business at this shop since they opened. I am a bit skeptical on some of the other negative reviews and if they are true. There is a ton of competition for similar service within a small area of Little Saigo and it would not surprise me if the source of the reviews maybe a bit suspect. I used to go there to send goods to Viet Nam. The owner is friendly but recently I lost my perfume ( Michael Kors) when I sent goods to Viet Nam. I am not hope they will be liable because I reread the paper that I signed: receiver opens the box, checks, sign and receive goods, my sibling not know about that because I did not tell him. He only signed and received. He said: " their staff tell him sign and receive" .The staff did not tell him check goods, too. Their attitude is bad, they did not say sorry. They said that is my sibling fault. I wonder whether they think why it lost? when it happens I did not think I will get money from them I only think why? I think maybe the box was opened and they did not put it back the house while that day had a lot of people or they put somewhere when they wrapped it.
