In the past couple years, we have had the pleasure of working with Samantha on 2 epic family adventures! The 1st was a Euro Tour (Barcelona-Madrid-Paris-Florence-Rome) and the 2nd was a Japan/Korea tour (Tokyo-Seoul). Communication was outstanding! This review is somewhat late, but not lessened by any passing of time. I've long been one of those people who has been on the fence of having a travel planner. The fear of being boxed in by some pre-set agenda or partnerships, that somehow my family's needs and desires wouldn't be catered to or somehow the aim or goal of the journey would be missed because I left the planning to someone else. If you sound like how I was, please let me recommend Samantha as your travel planner. Truly, she made what would've been a complicated trip - effortless to plan. We could focus on dreaming about what we wanted to see and how we wanted to do it and she took care of the detail. It saved us a lot of stress. Furthermore, when things didn't go to plan (as things often have a habit of doing on long vacations) we were able to rest knowing that she was only a phone call or email away. Samantha Blair was difficult to communicate with, everyone in our group said the same thing, you would email her and she might respond weeks later. I had several emails to her that were completely ignored. This was my first cruise and having a travel agent to help us understand everything was what we were looking for. That didn't happen. The cruise went off without a hitch so she did her job in that area but next time I'll use another travel agent or none at all. Definitely not a great experience read more

We had the best vacation we have ever had this summer! Everything was planned ahead of time from our flights to our hotel rooms and all the touristy things we wanted to do! Samantha helped us along the way and we had almost as much fun planning the trip as we did going on the trip! We got to see so much of the East coast in our 11 day trip! If we had done this on our own, we wouldn't have seen as much and we would have wasted a lot of time during the trip trying to figure out what to go do and what to see. I asked for recommendations and she gave me multiple options in multiple price ranges. She got us an incredible deal at an all inclusive 5 star resort in Puerto Vallarta Mexico with all sorts of entertainment and stay, including arranging for the COVID testing required by the government. Wander Joy helped my boyfriend and I plan a vacation to Palm Springs and it was amazing! We followed the itinerary and had a great time. The itinerary led us to a little sandwich shop that we loved and we also took the tram up to the top of a mountain where we could hike and eat at this cute restaurant. Wander Joy Vacation Advisory helped us have an incredible trip through Santa Barbara, Pismo Beach and Solvang with our 18 year old nephew. The accommodations Wander Joy found for us were all outstanding. The excursions were so fun, unique and perfect for doing with a teenager - not the easiest task. We particularly loved sea kayaking off of Santa Cruz Island, riding bikes on the beach in Pismo and seeing incredible vintage motorcycles at the museum in Solvang.
