Solid service. The lady who helped me was patient and efficient. There's free 15 minute parking on the side of the building. The price for finger printing was better than other spots I researched. I would definitely return if I needed her services again. read more

Located on the first Floor has signs directing to where the business is located. My wife needed a few passport photos fast and an AI Bot pulled local places and this was rated the highest and noted for their speed. The people assisting us very nice, and made sure we were taken care of quickly. They helped 4-5 people within 10-15 we were there. They took care of our passport photos with the quickness! Set of photos very reasonable at time of service and great value with friendly and helpful service. We seen the gentleman again at USPS and he was extremely helpful making sure our document got to where they needed with specific services recommended. Thank yall for taking care of us, will see you soon for my photos. read more

Came here on Saturday 5/16 as a walk-in for live scan services for IHSS. The process was super fast & easy, took about 5 min and they provided me a copy of the application, along with a copy of my receipt so I can take it to orientation for IHSS. I recommend this place! There is a parking structure next to the location however I would suggest parking in the 15 min parking zone since the process is super quick! read more

Came here for live scan for out of state requirements after being sent here from LA as this was the only location that does Florida scans. Surprisingly on calling this location to confirm, the lady who answered the phone, was very helpful, and stated that they don't take appointments, and they're only walk-in's. She informed me that you just need your ID and that they take credit card or cash for payments at this location. Thankfully, NO extra fees for credit card use. Live Scans here are between $150-$190. I arrived on Saturday at 1:30 and was completely done by 20 minutes of time with no wait ahead of me. The lady who helped me was very nice and informative and explained the process, and gave me a receipt after it was all done. She wore a mask and gave me hand sanitizer at the beginning of the process. THE PLACE: - The office is small with one couch to sit and wait and a few chairs outside. It had a fan for ventilation but it wasn't hot. - Entering the building there were plenty of signs telling you where to go for the office (I didn't even write down the suite # and it totally led me to the place!) - they also have a website online with a bunch of info - they can also do PASSPORT PHOTOS here for $10 RESTROOMS: - just one door down the hallway via locked door code - one stall for males and one for females which also doubles as a handicapped size for wheelchair accessible needs PARKING: - EASY! There's free lot adjacent to the structure OR free 2 hour street parking surrounding the building read more

Came here for passport photos and the lady who helped us was very patient with my little ones. She took her time and took as many pictures needed to get it right. It was a quick and simple process, no need for appointments, and her prices are very reasonable. My only fair warning is I think her photo printer was running low on cartridge because the photos weren't as high contrast. read more

Very kind.. VERY PATIENT! Clean, organized, and open! Make sure you grab a clip board once you sign in on the sheet. She explains everything straight and to the point. And is also very gentle! Perfect to be in the center of Anaheim. Thank you for your services read more

I needed a Live Scan for my Property and Casualty License, so I decided to try Live Scan Center OC because it's close to home. All I can say is that It's a quick in and out, so if you're in a hurry, this is the place for you. Otherwise, there isn't anything remarkable about the facility or the customer service. If you're curious about the cost, I was charged $70 on October 14th, 2021. I was in a hurry, so I didn't do any research to see what the market value was for this type of service, but I hope this helps with your research. read more

This place is awesome, same here multiple times for fingerprint and they have always been very helpful!! I tried another replace and instantly regretted it and told them about my experience and they said the other facility was doing it incorrect (fingerprint card service specifically) Price is good too! This is the second time I've had to deal with this place from companies sending me to get fingerprinted. 1st time, wait was long, process took forever. 2nd time they were closed from 12-2:30pm for system updates. I arrived at 2:25pm and the employee personnel didn't arrive till 2:47pm by then there was 11 people waiting. Took forever and they hardly answer the phones. Don't recommend. read more

Reached out to this agency and the owner picked up right away. I am a licensed mortgage advisor based in California and needed Live Scan (fingerprints) done to be issued a new license in Florida. Not all National live scan offices are authorized to submit to the Florida dept. of law enforcement. This one conveniently is. Met with the owner and he was the one that patiently made sure my prints were done correctly. If you are looking for an honest, competent Live Scan provider this place is it. Thank-you for getting me in and out efficiently! read more

LiveScan Center OC was efficient and so accommodating. I had to bring my 2 yr old with me and Marilyn was so kind and was able to process multiple fingerprints for me. This business was particularly useful because it had the FL livescan machine. Thank you! read more

I found this place on google because they were the only location that did (and actually had) ink cards. There was no wait. Walked right in, filled out the paperwork, got my fingerprints and was out within 15 mins. Disclaimer: the address is correct 201 E Center St, but the when you use Yelp's map directions, it takes you past the actual location. So I would type in the address yourself in your preferred navigation app. read more

I had a great experience. I had to take a photo to renew my passport and the lady who helped me was extremely friendly and we even chatted for a bit. I would highly recommend this place not only friendly but fast. Was out of there in 5 mins!! Took longer to drive my 2 miles there. Lol. read more

Good stuff. Not a lot of seating, but no complaints here.

I really appreciate that they take walk ins during covid. Called a few other places and no luck due to appts only, closed or high pricing. I spoke to Harry and he gave me a price which didnt change once i arrived. Fast easy process for a live scan. Paid with card and they gave me an extra copy when i asked no problem. Also they practice social distancing and you have to wear a face mask to enter the building. Very clean and great customer service all together. Thanks! read more

Walked right in and was the only person there. Service was swift, VERY simple, no problems, straight and to the point! Needed DOJ and FBI and paid $70. I would call before coming in to make sure they are there. Said they opened at 9am, but they came in at around 9:15-30am. Service was pretty quick and they take credit card. Did a livescan for employment (FBI and DOJ) for $70. Pretty standard price everywhere else you go, i believe its $50-52 for just DOJ or just FBI livescan. read more
