My wife needed a few passport photos fast and an AI Bot pulled local places and this was rated the highest and noted for their speed. The people assisting us very nice, and made sure we were taken care of quickly. They helped 4-5 people within 10-15 we were there. They took care of our passport photos with the quickness! Set of photos very reasonable at time of service and great value with friendly and helpful service. We seen the gentleman again at USPS and he was extremely helpful making sure our document got to where they needed with specific services recommended. Came here on Saturday 5/16 as a walk-in for live scan services for IHSS. The process was super fast & easy, took about 5 min and they provided me a copy of the application, along with a copy of my receipt so I can take it to orientation for IHSS. I recommend this place! Came here for live scan for out of state requirements after being sent here from LA as this was the only location that does Florida scans. Surprisingly on calling this location to confirm, the lady who answered the phone, was very helpful, and stated that they don't take appointments, and they're only walk-in's. She informed me that you just need your ID and that they take credit card or cash for payments at this location. Thankfully, NO extra fees for credit card use. Live Scans here are between $150-$190. I arrived on Saturday at 1:30 and was completely done by 20 minutes of time with no wait ahead of me. The lady who helped me was very nice and informative and explained the process, and gave me a receipt after it was all done. She wore a mask and gave me hand sanitizer at the beginning of the process. THE PLACE: - The office is small with one couch to sit and wait and a few chairs outside. It had a fan for ventilation but it wasn't hot. - Entering the building there were plenty of signs telling you where to go for the office (I didn't even write down the suite # and it totally led me to the place!) - they also have a website online with a bunch of info - they can also do PASSPORT PHOTOS here for $10 RESTROOMS: - just one door down the hallway via locked door code - one stall for males and one for females which also doubles as a handicapped size for wheelchair accessible needs PARKING: - EASY! Walked right in, filled out the paperwork, got my fingerprints and was out within 15 mins. Disclaimer: the address is correct 201 E Center St, but the when you use Yelp's map directions, it takes you past the actual location. I spoke to Harry and he gave me a price which didnt change once i arrived. Fast easy process for a live scan. Paid with card and they gave me an extra copy when i asked no problem.
