This location is at the corner of a plaza with plenty of parking. The store is kept nice and tidy. This is my go-to spot to drop off packages. Every single time I've been to this location, I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I think I get lucky since there's a bunch of mixed reviews. Not the best experience. I had come here before without issues but now reading that this place is under new management, it makes sense. I went in with sensitive paperwork and 2 pre printed labels asking for UPS envelops and label pockets. Justin proceeded to scan the 2 labels I had and puts the paperwork down and tells me he'll put them in envelopes later when he finishes with the line behind me. I told him that wasn't ok with me because they were sensitive HR documents and I didn't want them just sitting on a table. He tells me that as soon as he gets through the line of customers he'll finish with my 2 document envelopes. I had no choice but to wait as he got through the line. I tell him it's not ok and that he didn't help me thoroughly after I had waited in line like everybody else. I also told him I was still on the clock and he tells me "better for you, you get to make more money". I was baffled by this as it shows the type of employee HE is. He kept helping other customers as they were coming in. I don't think it's ok he didn't help me all the way through before moving onto the next customer but he said this was the way he was trained. I'm surprised by this as a corporate customer and saying that I had confidential, important documents that he would think leaving a customers package on a table would be ok. Had he provided the envelopes as I had asked, I would've done it myself. A process that should've taken me 2 minutes to drop off, took me 8 minutes to get out of there. Please correct your process or be flexible to understand that every customer's needs can be different. While it may be ok for some to leave their package on a table and ok to scan later, it is not ok for others to do so with confidential documents. read more

Update on package lost by UPS Store Stanton. UPS Hub claims that package NEVER ARRIVED at their location, despite UPS Store representative "Pri" maintaining that the Stanton store sent it four (4) days prior. When I was at the store "Pri" refused to even search around their facility for the lost package, instead insisting that "it could not be here" and "was put on the truck," which is disputed by UPS itself. UPS Hub representative said that "the package was never placed on the truck." And now for the real customer insult: I was standing in the Stanton store and was on the phone with the UPS Hub when at exactly 6:30 pm, "Pri" demanded that I leave the store because she "was being inconvenienced" and that "she had to go home now." What about the Customer inconvenience??? To top it off, "Pri" threatened to call the police if I did not leave immediately at 6:30, so I told her to please do so. She was furiously texting someone as we interacted. Seeing that customer service was NOT her priority, and that her incompetence knew no bounds, I reluctantly exited the store. Do they even understand that the Customer ultimately pays their wages? That without satisfied Customers they have no business? This store has some learnin' to do. read more

I normally give this place solid 4 of 5 for my packages and returns to amazon. But today, there is a Big guy working the front, not the owner and scanning returns says paper with Amazon QR code doesnt need to go in the parcel. Doesnt offer you your receipt or print the shipping label infront of you. Your done you want the paper we dont need it. Returns normally updates right away with Amazon once scanned, and I get a receipt. Without a receipt its my word vs amazon and UPS that I returned the items in question. Worker tells me cant get a receipt (why ?) , and the QR code updates in a few hours. Hello ! I get a receipt every time shows they received it. This ups store makes mistakes, with terrible customer service. Asked for a receipt after they mixed up the shipping address and return address. Very standard procedure. The "boss" then got irate and raised his voice and said he can't print a receipt to record the transaction. I Told "boss" I want receipt because you've already made a mistake and I want proof your are in charge of the package. The "boss" leaned over the counter and held up 2 fingers and said that's strike 2. I told "boss" to print the receipt so I can leave. The "boss" ripped my package and ripped of the packing slip and tore to pieces and told me to leave. By the way I paid for the shipping label. They're were 5-6 people inside and the worker JUSTIN knew it was terrible customer service practice. I hope JUSTIN soon realizes the person he's working has bad business practices. read more

I came here with a few Amazon returns and it was overall a horrible experience. The MANAGER who was helping me severely lacked knowledge about business operations specific to any Amazon returns stating that I had the wrong code several times (I did not, and she later figured that out) and that I had to package my item (it was clearly stated in my email it was a package-less return). She was very cold and outright rude to me. When I walked in she didn't look at me, just pointed for me to put my stuff down with an annoyed look on her face. Then when I asked for a receipt for my transaction she said I didn't need one, I should "just take a picture" of my items. When I stated that a picture on my phone has no record of which location I dropped off my items at, the date/time, and the weight of the item I dropped off, she scoffed at me. When she scanned the next item and I again politely asked for a receipt, she mocked me and barked, "Oh THAT'S RIGHT, you NEED A RECEIPT!" I have never had such a terrible interaction with not just a UPS employee but the actual manager of a business, representing the company and its employees. I will never be back to that location. Looks like everyone else here on Yelp has had issues with 1) Amazon returns and 2) Terrible customer service/attitude from employees. Be WARNED, do not go to this location. read more

I followed my instructions on Returning equipment via AT&T/Direct & evidentially the store owner doesn't follow protocol with providing a tracking # & was rude & scurried me out of his store and now my equipment cannot be found or tracked so I am having to pay $150.00 until someone figures out or takes initiative on how to resolve this for me.....I'm talking about both businesses..Ups store & AT&T Direct. Neither one of them are being considerate to work with me and be conscientious about what needs to be done. I have been a long time customer of AT&T and expected better service than this!
