Rented a 10 ft U-haul here and they over charged me for gas. They are a scam. Drove a U-Haul for 18 miles and filled it up with 2 gallons of gas before returning it. A 10 ft U-Haul gets about 10-12 mpg's and when I returned it, they ended up charging me 4 gallons of gas costing me an additional $28. When I tried to tell them there was a mistake, they told me they double checked it and wouldn't listen. I told them that it doesn't make sense why you would charge me 4 gallons when I didn't even drive it enough miles to warrant a 4 gallon charge. Do not rent from here! They will try to squeeze you out for more money. read more

Really disappointed with the service I received as this is a convenient spot to ship all of my packages from but most likely won't be coming here anymore because of the customer service. I asked for a receipt for the 7 packages I was dropping off. The older lady who is usually working there proceeded to make a face and roll her eyes which I was surprised by because she was semi friendly the last time I saw her even though she was reluctant about giving a receipt at that time too. She wasn't even the person who enters in the package info and prints the receipt so I'm not sure why she was so annoyed. I was with another person and saw that the lady continued to give her looks referring to me. We brought attention to these looks we were receiving and were met with even more bad customer service, lack of accountability, and no apology. I tried bringing more business to this independently owned location by bringing another person and their packages and we both ended up with a bad taste in our mouths. You would think a small business would be happy about getting more packages because that means more business for them. Maybe I'm crazy but asking for a receipt as proof of drop off doesn't seem like a big ask. Their receipt even encourages you to ask for a drop off receipt. Would rather drive to three different drop off locations than give my business to a company that doesn't appreciate it, seems to never want to give receipts, and makes rude faces. read more

I came here for the first time with my sister who recommended shipping here due to convenience. When she was dropping off first, she asked for a receipt and was met with pushback and rude facial expressions by the old woman at the counter. The old woman proceeded to make eye contact with me and make more negative facial expressions while side-eyeing my sister. I'm not sure why asking for a receipt as proof of drop-off is such a big deal. As someone who works in customer service, the last thing I would ever do is make facial expressions to another customer regarding a customer. After her drop-off was done, I proceeded to address the negative response to asking for a receipt. After explaining multiple times that I was not pleased with the old woman's reaction to a customer asking for something as simple as a receipt, I was asked by the man who was also at the counter, "whats your problem?" At this point, I was no longer interested in supporting this private business. Both employee interactions were extremely rude and they clearly don't value their customers. read more

I came here to do my LiveScan fingerprinting. They were fast and friendly, easy to find, and had lots of convenient parking. Also, they have great prices. They were actually the third place I went to after the first one was not actually available during their stated walk-in hours, and the second had much higher prices than they posted on their website. I wish I had come here first! I will definitely come here again if I need to do LiveScan fingerprinting in the future, or for any shipping needs. read more

They got a new owners recently, & i got to say the cleanness & organization of the business is nice & neat. The customer service here is amazing. Huy is always helpful, the water there taste amazing! especially the alkaline. Not to mention they also sell spot free water for DETAILERS who wash cars or need to fill up their water tank. This is long overdue but on 09/04/2025 my family and I went in for a truck rental and i am extremely grateful for the young girl working there (ALONE) and how helpful she was and her patience was amazing.. my family can be very difficult and annoying sometimes even rude i must admit but this girl Diana or Deana im not sure how she spells her name but she literally was very helpful and was very resourceful when my sister was asking questions and was kinda rude Diana was so calm nice and helpful ... she deserves a pay raise people like her are the type of employees that help build great customer relationships and make people want to come back !!
