Great job the people are so friendly and professional. I just started my barber business and came here to print out my price list that I created on Canva and they were so helpful and patient. They even called me back to let me know that I had a typo. Gave me a chance to fix it and send it back. They also threw in some stickers. I had Drew up. I called for a price quote and the lady was really nice on the phone quoted me $4 less on the phone and when they told me my prints were ready it was more than I asked...they also told me it would be ready by the end of day for 5 photos and then it took two days with me calling and emailing following up. They also assume what the pictures will look like. When they printed them they printed one the right size but wrong photo placement so it was supposed to sit differently in a frame and the guy told me they assumed but are still charging me a $4 fee additional to the cost for their assumption...very unprofessional and not reliable not coming back and don't waste your time. Responding the business owner I actually wasn't satisfied with the work I even told the guy who was working how grainy the pictures looked and they said on the phone they would make sure that wouldn't happen prior to printing them. However nothing was done...and I went to a different print shop they were able to print the 5x7 picture perfectly without it looking bad the way I asked so strange you guys couldn't get it done any way to each their own just a bad experience for me. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. The parking lot and location alone should have been a clue, but I came here on a recommendation. It's off a ridiculously busy street, and the strip mall it's in is void of parking due to all the retailers located there (seriously, who puts a gym in a small strip mall like this?)!!! As for the actual business, the front desk operator doesn't seem well versed in the actual technical aspects of the job, which is odd, seeing as they're the first person you interface with. The individual I spoke with there went to retrieve the owner which took longer than it should have as I was the only one in the office. When the proprietor arrived, they were less than hospitable, I would even say hostile. I ask them my questions, and most of the responses I received were incredibly condescending, and didn't even address the question I asked. For example, I was asked what kind of paper I wanted to use for my print job, seeing as I don't work there, I inquired as to what my options were. The choices were then rattled off quickly giving me little time to consider, nor were any physical samples offered to review. I came to inquire and so I did not have my file on hand, when I asked how I would get it to the business, the owner pointed towards a paper stand on the countertop with an email address, the spun around and stormed off. such great service! i had an emergency event that I needed to print banners for. They were very accommodating to my frantic antics and helped me calmly get what I needed even with super rush timing. The quality of work was superb and with multiple proofs and phone calls to make sure that I was gonna get exactly what I wanted. Their designer even helped me to adjust my images to make it much better than what I gave them. Seriously appreciate being able to deal with real people who care about what I need, instead of going to some amorphous online printing site. I needed to get something printed from what I downloaded on my Smartphone right away for my job and since these days the Library will not allow you to use the computer printer due to the pandemic, I was praying where I can go and suddenly my mom said, maybe the printer shop across from my job might be able to do something like that. I called ahead a time and made sure and Nesi answered and was so helpful and so sweet and told me that I can just send the file to her by email and that it would be ready. Since, I live 30-35 mins away from the shop, I had my mom to pick it up, since she was working that day in the same Shopping Center. Lucky me to see this shop! After a disappointing encounter with the big company that rhymes with Schminkos, I dropped in for help in simply printing a program from a saved file. "Schminkos" said it wouldn't work, and they offered no assistance to make it workable. Ashley at Printmasters loaded my flash drive and helped me get my document lined up properly and ready to print. She called me a couple hours later and it was all finished. And did I mention that it cost less than what "Schminkos" quoted? Yup. I came in and threw a Hail Mary pass to nesi and her team. Needed an extensive amount of materials created for a fundraiser: customized carnival tickets, hundreds of panoramic photos printed, booth signage - I mean the works. Her team listed with huge smiles on their faces and said no problem we'll take care of it. And I'm thinking "seriously??" But I received proofs the next day and the turnaround time was stellar, only a couple days for my huge order.
