Came this morning to drop Spectrium cable boxes to be returned. Spectrum uses UPS exclusively so if they trust UPS, then so should I! But AJ who assisted me at UPS was professional, helpful and efficient. He gave me copies of the tracking device and told me to also take a pic of it in case Spectrum has questions. Very relaxed and friendly, AJ is the man! I don't live too far from this location but would come to this UPS again for great service from AJ. I came in to pick up an order after finding out it was delivered to this store versus my home. The lady at the register was personable and made the order pick-up process easy. Amazing service!! Literally the best UPS store I've ever been to. I wanted to give a special shout out to the workers closing on 6/21. They waited after closing hours for someone to come and pick up a package for me even though then didn't need to at all. It was above and beyond top tier service and wanted to let management know they went over the top and make sure they get their recognition. I didn't catch their names but there were 2 gentleman in the facility. Thank you both so much!!
