I get it. There are 5 mins to closing and your employees are like races horses sprinting to the stable to go home. BUT. This is a business and not a stable. People have important business to conduct and if your business hours say you close at 6:30, then that's when you lock and close your doors, not at 6:25. We went to the UPS Store to access their shipping and return service, we shipped out an old phone to our phone carrier. We have also returned our amazing returns to this location with no issues. The process itself was smooth from drop off to finishing. When we visited the location there was no wait, super quick we were in and out in about 5 minutes. This is a substandard store. The staff is rude and not very helpful. They have poor customer service and subpar people skills. Customers come in expecting some help yet they point you to signs as if customers should know. If I were the ups area manager I'd change their leadership. I came in to drop off a return and she told a lady before me that you need to wait I need to deal with all these other customers first. I'm next in line I show her my QR code and she says oh we can't take your package that system is down you need to take your package else where walks away to deal with another customer. I have been using this UPS Store for. PMB box for years, and I really do like everyone there, they get to know you and are helpful whenever I've need them. I even had 2 boxes at one point and used to go in every day, now I'm down to 1 box, and don't get to see them as often, but still have the server value. 2 thumbs way up. read more

One of the worst shipping experiences EVER; 0 stars. I run a small business, I send orders @ UPS; never an issue.. THIS WAS MY FIRST, AND LAST TIME dropping off and using this locations services. Little did I know the labels the gentleman printed out for me WAS ATTACHED OVER/on top of the label I made; blocking my customers PO BOX #. Usually they place the label NEXT TO, or on THE SIDE OF the label I create, but no, they put it RIGHT ON TOP! So the item got lost, and destroyed. Pictures attached, sensitive # blurred out. Tracking was a nightmare, mixed information. A investigation was down and fortunately the item was found DAYS AFTER with substantial damaged. Totally unacceptable. read more

First and last time visiting this location. Whoever manages this branch seriously needs to train the staff on the basics of customer service. Customers should feel welcomed--not like they're a burden just because they may not have all the paperwork ready for a drop-off. Your body language speaks volumes, even without saying a word. It was clear that Justin didn't want to be there, let alone assist me. To make matters worse, he crumpled up my paper in front of me and tossed it in the trash as if helping me was too much of an inconvenience. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. In a time where good customer service is becoming rare, I strongly suggest the manager reconsider how the team is trained and held accountable. Overall, it was a bad experience. To be honest, I've never had a good experience here. I don't know why I go back. Probably for convenience. But today is the last time. I always go in with a friendly positive attitude when I come to drop off my Amazon orders or returns. No one greets you, no one makes friendly conversation. They just make you feel like your a nuisance lol today I went in for my Amazon return and the clerk was glaring at me, i said hello and I waited to see if he was going to help me. He continued to stare. No other customers were in the store. Lol so I took it that he was helping me. The entire 60 seconds I was here made me feel soooooo negative. The vibes were sooooo bad lol. Went in and asked for a notary. They said they were on their lunch. Called back half an hour later and asked if the person for the notary was in and the gentleman said they called out. Told him how they said they said they were on lunch, he then changed his story that they probably went to the bank. I just hung up the phone at that point. read more

Need to drop off an Amazon return and I believed it's was the manager the lady with rust hair. Been on a a line for long time and when it's my turn asked to just scan the item and drop it on the drop off. Did what she asked and still need to go to her since there's no paper to print the receipt and my box is too big. So I had to go to her to drop off the return and She sighs deeply and I can heard her sayng "oh my God!" On a low tone. She said, she need to put the paper on the printer and before she can help me she needs to help someone on the phone! This UPS store needs a lot of help to be able to get a decent rating. There were boxes everywhere. While the worker was telling us that their UPS store didn't scan QR codes for printing labels, even though we had the printing instructions that said they would, I was hit twice by people trying to get to their mailboxes. There was barely a foot between us and the boxes lining the walls. The worker wouldn't even look at the instructions we had she just kept saying no. So we tried emailing it to them to print but after 5 minutes of her saying how slow their service was and whenever the email came in it would cost $1.48 to print. We left drove a 1/2 a block to Office Depot printed the label for $.12 and sent it. Won't be going back to that UPS ever. It was not convenient, it was aggravating. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. This store has hands-down the worst customer service. For example, I came in and said "Hi" and the clerk just stared at me (but went right back to talking to his coworker about some girl). I handed him my package and when he gave me my receipt, I said "thank you" and he just turned away. Not even a grunt lol. So while he technically did his job, I felt like I was interrupting his social hour. Another example is when I went in wanting to ship a package to the UK. The guy immediately told me it would cost me probably $1000 (even though he had no idea what I was shipping) and told me I should go to the post office. I asked him exactly how much it would be (and handed him my envelope) and he literally rolled his eyes, huffed, turned to his coworker and shook his head. I politely took my package and left. I think he was too lazy to look up the information. I went there today at lunch, which used to be a busy time, and I was the only one there. I guess I'm not the only person who thinks the employees are rude and classless. In fact, all of my colleagues now go to other UPS stores. If these young people are our future, then God help us. These employees either need major training in social skills or be fired. There are plenty of people who would love to work there who actually know how to act humane. read more

DO NOT GET ANYTHING NOTARIZED HERE! Long story short these people don't know what they're doing and their mistake cost me $110. No, that isn't a typo. I told them what I needed notarized, they notarized the wrong thing (how was I supposed to know? I'm not a notary and I told them what I needed done). I needed documents notarized for my Visa so after going through all the steps and paying $110 total, I get to the Consulate and they say that the notary did the papers wrong and I have to start all over again from step 1. Which means I had to pay a total of $110 all over again because these people don't know how to do their job. Then I called them to tell them what happened to see if they could do it over again, so at least I wouldn't lose out on THAT money and they say to me "we can't notarized documents." WHAT?!?!? It's literally your job to notarize documents. So I found a different notary at a different UPS who did it the right way and NOTARIZED MY DOCUMENTS. So it can be done?!?!? *smdamnh* And no, the notarization didn't cost me $110, that cost me $45 but then I had to go to the Secretary of State after that which cost me $65. So, since I had to do this all over again to get the right documents, I lost out on $110. Done now. Thanks for listening. Not bitter by the way. :D read more

Yesterday, 23Mar2023, I needed to overnight a letter to Austin, TX. I went to the UPS store on Hardwick st in Lakewood. FedEx had wanted $59 for a 1 oz letter. I was shocked at the price. I presumed that UPS would be less expensive. NO-UPS price was $61 for next day and $96 for morning (8AM) delivery - OUTRAGEOUS. THAT'S FOR A 1 OZ LETTER. I don't know how they can stay in business when they gouge their customers!!!! Their prices have gone up something like hundreds of percent in several months; it's crazy!! I ended up going to the USPS (post office). They were friendly; almost no waiting. I used Priority Mail Express (1-day). I just checked and my letter was received in Austin by approximately 1100 local time. The charge was $28.75. Hooray for the US post office! read more
