This was my first time here, I pass it up frequently because I was unaware it was inside of the store it's in. It's very easy very convenient. The cashier was very pleasant and helpful. It was my first time shipping items out! The lady who was working at the time was tending to all of the services that they had but still made the effort to make sure my experience was smooth sailing. On average you would be spending $20 at to ship items at a normal USPS but I only paid $1.50 for them to print out a shipping label for me. The lady also let me use their recycled boxes since it was the best option for me (also free!!) and helped me tape up my box to ship! This USPS definitely deserves 5 stars :) read more

Giving 5 stars for many reasons! Needed to Mail an important document that has been a hassle with other usps branches. Unfortunately, by the time I get off work all usps are already closed except for this gem of a place I found on yelp! It was my first time here and everyone that worked here was so great and welcoming. They were very attentive and helpful! I was directed to Chie and she is the best! She helped me and even went the extra mile to do so! Though this is a bit far from where I live, the great service and no lines makes it worth it. Will definitely be coming back. read more

Why wait in the line down the street at the USPS on Clark Avenue when you could just walk up to this post office and get all your post office needs done right away. There's never a line plus they're always open later than the other post office's. I was able to drop off my package on a Saturday afternoon when the post office on Clark Avenue in Lakewood is already closed for the day. The people in the store are so nice - one time they were closing around 9 PM, I came right at that time to drop off a package. The post office within the store was already closed, but they allowed me to come in and did the scanning process on my prepaid shipping label anyway. Love coming to this location because there's always street parking and open space where you can park easily, walk in, and drop off your packages! read more

Well, this is the exact opposite of all of that... parking is super easy, no lines (at most there has only ever been one other customer), super helpful and friendly staff who check best pricing/shipping options for you... it's just a better experience, top to bottom. I needed to send out my wedding invitations today they didn't have a line at all, the usps employee inside was cheerful and helpful. She kept good conversation and helped me out so much. We weighted my letter for me to make sure I had the correct amount of stamps. I did need to add one more stamp to each letter and she gave me really cute options. She even told me where I can get everything ready so she can still assist other customers. I could tell this was a place that always gets regular customers, they knew a lot of them by name. They are not just a post office they are also a pharmacy, they had a lot of supplies. They also sell compression socks and accessibility tools. The best part was the usps employee told me to come back, and guess what I will. I've let all my family and friends who live in the surrounding areas to come here. Especially since I had a bad transition with a usps employee at the Long Beach usps earlier that day. read more

This Post office service is inside John's Pharmacy in Lakewood, Ca. It's listed as John's Shoprite Pharmacy on Yelp. I may need to actually walk into a post office 2 to 5 times a year. As most people work during the week finding a Post Office that is open on Saturdays during Covid, I checked Yelp and found this spot. Thankful that I found it I drove on down. The line was short. They were pleasant and helpful in the postal department as well as the store side. I will definitely return for the postal services and I did notice several medical supplies/equipment that I am keeping in mind for those that may need assistance for the aging. read more

This is a HIDEN GEM! I'm almost reluctant to post about it and "give it away!" This building has been around for decades. I recall it being a magnificent, large, "high-end" Florist, as a child. It was the florist of many childhood wedding dreams, I'm sure. Now, it houses a Pharmacy. They have a great inventory of electric chairs, canes, and other mobility related items. BUT, here it comes, hidden back in the corner, near the Foot care products is a MAIL COUNTER- not just a mail center but a US Post office. With supplies of packaging materials including Priory Mail boxes & envelopes. I dread going to the post office in my area - it's in a sketchy area. Now that I've found this place, not too far away, I'm delighted! Going to the Post Office can be a real gamble of time, parking never seems simple, and service can be "temperamental" (in my opinion). No more of that! We've been here 3 times and each time it's in and out! Even when there was one person ahead of me it was still fast and efficient.
