    Waiting forever to pay
    Summer S.

We were the 5th party in line for walk-ins, arriving at 7:30 am. Once let in, 75% of people didn't have their forms filled out. They did not take those who were prepared first. Once we were seen, we were sent to the other side to pay. From that counter, the workers kept leaving to ask for appointments and taking peoples photos. We showed up with photos and printed out forms, and only had to pay, yet waited over an hour just to do so. That said, this whole process took about 3 hours, and we only had about 6 people ahead of us. Also, no bathrooms in the premises. This is a special kind of hell.

I'm an OG of the Post Office when they were located where Aldi's is now situated on the corner…read more Back in the day I have never been a fan of the Post Office I always found the staff to be rude or they had condescending attitudes if we asked questions before getting in line. Another annoyance was the lines they were extremely long and it made me so annoyed watching employees standing around while the lines got longer and longer. Today thankfully that's not the case I actually have a lot of respect for the staff recognizing all that they do to get our mail packages and items to where they need to be. This office in particular is awesome they have staff that are actually helpful I needed proof that a package was received the staff member walked me through that process and showed me what I needed and prior to her help I was paying more for something I didn't need when I used the UPS Store thankfull the Post Office caught my mistake and save me a headache and money. I use this office whenever I want to send specific items or need to mail envelopes that contain checks and valuables so far I have never had a problem and everything I mailed made its intended destination. If you need specific help mailing packages for Poshmark Amazon returns and more this is a post office that will help you with all your delivery needs the service is much better and they have been redeemed in my opinion. Just me Shawn C.

I had two letters and asked her if she would put them into the mail slot. Her response: "We're closed." There is no mail box outside. I wasn't asking to let me in, only to put them into the mail slot. So very rude! The employee was a Black lady and I have seen her being rude to others before. That post office also never has any supplies out. How do they stay in business with employees like her?

I've watched my post office change over the years for better and for worse…read more They closed the mail pick-up line that used to be near the front entrance/P.O. Boxes and moved the services to the main line to the right. Pens for packages usually have to be asked for here since they're a hot commodity. Recently, my building had a mailbox key access issue and the post office took a month to repair/replace it. This caused residents to have to come in for mail pick-up, which got a bit messy. At one point, my blind mother went in to pick up her mail and someone released the entire building's mail to her. Thankfully she asked my SO for help sorting it which sent flags up to him to immediately return everything that wasn't hers. He explained the situation and the post office has seemingly taken things more seriously. The clerks? (not sure of the proper verbiage here) seem overworked and exhausted. I wish people were nicer to them despite their frustrations. It's better to stop in instead of calling for things, or set up a USPS account online where you can manage some things.
