Came by around 2pm on a Wednesday for car registration renewal. No one was in line, so I was in and out in about 5 minutes or less. Service was nice and there's a $35 service fee incase anyone was wondering. Thank you for the help and for the relief of not having to worry about waiting at the DMV, or paying online but having to wait on (and possibly lose it in ) the mail, or risk going to a DMV kiosk that may or may not work haha. read more

Yes the lines were pretty long but once I got to the window the Young lady with blond curly hair was super sweet and kind, she seemed to be as happy as me to have been able to solve a registration issue. Usually DMV are total nightmares and to have a drive-thru where I could chill in the car while waiting for service was pretty sweet too. I would just add more people I guess so like at in-and-out they can start the process faster ... overall it was a nice experience for me and I absolutely recommend it read more

I would give this place no stars if I could. I called to find out how much it would be to pay my registration and she told me 35.00 (ok fine) then I asked if they charged If I pay with credit or debit (since another yelper mentioned that they charge) her answer was "it's cheaper to pay with debit than paying with credit" (ok so now I know they charge) so then I asked "well how much" she said it depends on the price of your renewal. Then I said "it's 220" so how much would it be to pay with my debit. She then said "I am not sure you'd have to come in, the computer calculates the price" LMAO! I told her I wouldn't even give them my business if you can't tell me how much you're charging me to pay with my debit card and hung up. To sum it up, they probably charge you whatever they feel like based on when you go in. NO THANKS! Now if they would like to comment on this post and give me an explanation as to why they don't know how much they charge if I pay with me debit, that would be great. Shady business! Don't waste your time! Just Go to the DMV. My husband and I were looking for a open DMV near us we happen to come across this place Worst Idea Ever! We Got to the place about 10 am we saw it was a drive thur. We pull up to the window no one greeted us for about 6 minutes. Then a lady comes to the window and asked what did we need my husband says renewal of registration she leaves then a man comes to the window and asked what we needed. We then say it again renewal. He leaves takes about 20 mins comes back and very rudely tell us the price and say if your paying with credit i will charge you an extra $15 dollars we said why he said that's what he charges. DO NOT GO HERE unless you are planning to pay extra fees or willing to pay extra just because. I came here for a smog check verification something that is FREE at the DMV and they are charging $65 for transaction/verification. Only verification because I had already paid my fees at the DMV. They will not mention fees over the phone or in person unless you ask prior. Do not give your paperwork before asking for prices. If you think you will be saving time because it's a drive-thru...think twice. I spent over 1hr and the line was not long. The guy before me was arguing with them and they kept his paperwork. Smh! I wanted the drive-thru experience and regret it. I had spent 15mins at the DMV a day before. DMV SEEMS TO BE MORE ORGANIZED WITH COVID RULES and time is less now. Price gouging for sure. read more

Do not waste your time. I was told that the registration fee would be $25. I arrived with all my paperwork and I was advised that I was unable to register because the computer was showing I had a lapse in insurance.. I've never had a lapse in insurance!!!! I had proof of insurance with me. They told me it would be an additional $39 to clear it up...I asked why do you need to clear something up that is not an issue? They told me I had to pay $39 so it can show I had insurance on the DMV computer in Sacramento. Total lie. I felt something was wrong, and I took my business elsewhere. I drove down the street to another registration service, and I was able to get my tags without any false issue of a insurance lapse. If you're going to try to scam for an extra $39 just increase your fees instead of saying $25 than trying to get an additional $39 dollars for an issue that does not exist. The lady who was helping me explanation was: "Yeah well sometimes it just happens where the insurance shows it was a lap, but it only be $39 for me to clear it up though". Yeah right read more

SKETCHY! sketchy as all hell! Drive far, far away!! A friend of mine loves a block or 2 from this place and I've been passing it for yeaqrs. Since I hadnt registered my car this year, i decided to give it a shot. After all, it has a drive-thru! and my lazy ass loves me a drive-thru. So I come up one day, give the lady in the window my information and she goes away for a minute, gives me an astronomical amount to pay, im concerned but its convenient so im about to go for it, but then they quickly remind me that its "cash only!"...I leave that day without registering my car. I come back less than a month later, hand the girl my stuff and she comes back with a BIGGER number than before. It sounds shady, so I ask her to break it down. For some reason she's struggling to break down the price. She keeps saying, "oh...well...you see, the thing here is, uh...hold on"...and OLDer more asian who speaks less english comes up and tells us that on top of the registration, they charge fees. They said a one-time fee of $25. She tells us that they do take credit cards. Weird because they said no last time but we go a little further... I pull out a credit card and she's all like, "no! you use credit, we charge! we charge 4.5%!" Not wanting the fee, we opt for debit which she assures has no fee attached. She goes away and then another younger asian girl comes up and says, "is this debit? well we charge 10% for this, ok?" We freak out and tell her the other lady said it was free, She goes away for a second and says, "oh. ok, um, i mean $10 then" this was shady. We asked if this really was attached to the DMV and they adamantly said,"YES! we are apart of the DMV! We just charge a processing fee"...last straw, we left. I go to the DMV the next day, wait 2 hours but finally get my car registered and it was $39 LESS than what I was quoted at the vehicle registration office. AND i didnt have to pay processing fees. If you want convenience and have all the money in the world and dont mind potentially getting robbed, sure, come to this vehicle registration office. If you're not into being potentially robbed and overcharged, run far, far away. read more

This place is a TOTAL SCAM. I went to the drive through to register a Scooter I bought used. They said the fees would be $1172. I said, "You have to be kidding". The woman at the counter said that the scooter had been lacking registration for 3 years and I was liable for all the back fees and late fees. I said that's ridiculous and asked for the Title back. She hesitated when handing it back to me, like she was going to keep it. And before she handed it back, she stapled some white paper to it with some scribbled # on it as a "note". Once I got it back, I said I'll go to the DMV and work it out. She then said, "They'll tell you the same thing, you owe $1172". I said, "Yeah right.". A few days later, I went to the DMV. Registered the scooter for $220. It was registered from the prior owner as "non-use". All up-to-date. No hassles. No fuss. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. read more

Had an awful experience here. Brought all my paperwork plus the DMV.org fees outlined and they still charged me $200 over! They told me on the phone they charge $45 for their services. I just need to balance the scale for these guys. Ive come here many times over the years - as i, like most people that value their time, would rather avoid going to the DMV. I work full time and dont have the ability to meet the DMVs business hours of 8-5 / monday - thursday. Not to mention you need to make an appointment, that THEY provide for you, [usually a couple weeks later] at the DMV... and STILL end up waiting an hour plus. Ive never had any problems getting my tags from VRS... except for ONCE when i tried to get by with expired insurance. Needless to say i did NOT get my tags that time. So YES they are affiliated with the DMV. They charge a convenience fee just like anybody else does. Worth it to me. *shrug* read more

I own a transportation company and bring vehicles in from out of state to registered all the time. Way easier and better than the DMV. Once in a while there is a small line, but it moves fast. Staff knows what they are doing and I am in and out quick. Slight fee is worth it. I will be going back again and again for sure. read more

There service is HORRIBLE!!! I will not EVER EVER COME BACK! They tell me to go thru the drive thru after we walk in to only tell me they are closing. Mind you they do not close until 4pm yet it's 3:50pm and tell me they can't do anything because they're closing and it's 3:54pm when the owner makes it to the window. They did the same thing a few weeks prior to that. They will leaving you waiting while they have complete conversations with other employees. I set there and watched another employee pack the owners bag to be told when she finally makes it to the window they where closed. Really???
