Unfortunately, one negative experience can overshadow many positive ones. In this case, the issue was with an older employee named Lisa. She was extremely unprofessional and noticeably combative when customers had difficulty understanding her slurred or mumbled speech. I watched her snap at a customer simply for asking her to repeat herself because they couldn't make out what she was saying. When it was my turn, she became visibly irritated when I asked basic questions to determine the best way to mail my packages. She then insisted that my family's address "does not exist," even though I've mailed items there for years without issue. At that point, I didn't feel comfortable arguing with someone who was already agitated, so I left with my packages. As I walked away, she even snickered, which felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I then went to UPS and mailed out my packages to the same "non-existent" address, without any issues. I wish this location would address Lisa's poor behavior, and refusal to perform the job she was hired to do, because this really detracts from an otherwise positive experience.

She said I can just take it back to where I bought it and ask for a refund but the fine print on the money order said otherwise. We were going back and forth about it and then I looked it up online and as I was explaining it her, she walked away to ask her peer for clarification. (So rude!) When I looked it up online, it said I could get a refund on an unused money order that has already been filled out but there would be a fee (Western Union). Earlier in the day, I stopped by the 2nd street location and they were out of stamps, then I went downtown, where the employee who helped me was epic but it was slightly uncomfortable there because some of the other customers reminded me of being at a psych ward. So once I had all my Christmas cards cards ready, I stopped by here to drop them off not knowing that it was an "annex" location, as the employee told me, I asked if he wanted all the cards out in the box outside and he said he would take them. He was super nice and super helpful. My cards were mostly delivered in two days, which I believe is fast for snail mail. If I'm just dropping off letters or prepaid packages.... I will definitely use this location.
