I had a return item in a box and staff told me I would have to buy a box or envelope for the item that was in a box. I brought it to another ups store in lb and they took it with no issue. pics attached edit to add after store response * as you can see in pics I did follow amazons requirements and item was in a shipping box. The other ups store did not have any issues and took said item. I only wrote review because this has occured at your store multiple times and it seems like your store is just trying to make money bc everytime I go to another ups store they take item and dont say oh sorry you need to buy this so this appears to be a issue only with your location vs other ups stores. Just frustrating I have to drive to other UPS stores to do my returns vs yours. Wanted others to be prepared and warned that they may be told inaccurate info and pay for items(packaging) when not needed.

I told him I needed insurance and proof of delivery but he said this was included with the type of UPS shipping he chose. Needless to say, the $5'000 watch arrived DOA and while this is not necessarily the owner's fault - what is his fault is that he told me I don't need insurance nor signature required. Turns out $100 is insured when I made it perfectly clear that the value is $5'000. So yeah, it's his fault and I urge you NOT to frequent this establishment since it's clearly run by someone that has no clue.

Mr. Patel was again so, so patient, helpful, intelligent and has an excellent memory even though I hadn't been back for over 6 months or more. He solved my problem and it was a big relief for me. Mr. Patel is one of the very best owners/managers of any type of business that I have dealt with ever and I'm 79 years old.
