I had come here several times and the owners are rude particularly the wife. There's a handful of us that live in the neighborhood and we stopped coming here because of their rude behavior. It seems to me if you're running a business and want to be successful, You would be kind and helpful. Last week I had an Amazon return with a label on it. I thought to myself I'm just gonna stop here well to my surprise they have an employed by the name of Angie who is absolutely delightful great, personality, smiling, helpful, and kind. As long as Angie's here, I'll share that with my neighbors and we'll start coming back. I believe she only works in the morning so get here early. Angie you are a great example of a kind human being. Okay, I have given this business more than a fair chance. I deleted my last negative review because the owner called me and promised to speak with the unwarranted verbal abuse I received from one of their employees. I had a high Amazon delivery count because I recently had to move. I asked for accommodation on an item too heavy for me to carry because of a recent broken left shoulder. My only option for pick up was a prearranged Modivcare ride in front of CVS which is a long walk for someone with a serious injury. This store could care less about you and I will be ending my services with them asap. I rarely post a negative review but stay away free this place. There are many other options nearby that actually care about their customers. And to boot their service prices are way over the top. I tried and every interaction I have the owner who happens to be male has gone well. But when he is gone, the other staff are curt lack displaying any care it customer skills I'm out of there! read more

How can a UPS store garner such a low rating? Petty Customer Service. We just moved into the area and needed to use a UPS drop location for our Amazon Return. Got there 20 minutes before closing and sadly we had the misfortune of dealing with the female employee. We asked for a strip of packing tape, 10 inches; just to close the top of the box. She very rudely told us that it was not her problem and that our only option is to buy clear tape for $7. It's like 10cents of tape that she couldn't justify for us. With the penny pinching mentality, with the God awful attitude, I can't see why this establishment would garner any loyal patrons. read more

2 Visit here. No more. The lady that works there is incredibly rude. She is short fused, does not prioritize customer service, and flat out seems to dislike her job. She has on two occasions made it very clear she was unhappy working, and has suggested going to Staples across the street rather than doing things that could be done there. We won't be returning. Unfortunate as our old neighborhood UPS was a multiple times a week stop for us and such pleasant staff and owner team we became great friends over the years. We left today and found a close place called AIM MAIL Center where we were greeted with a much kinder and more pleasant team. (Note; parking at AIM is very easy and readily available.) read more

Walked in today to drop off some Amazon packages and a regular pre labeled package. A lady walking out was yelling because they were completely disengaged with helping her on a lost package. Like they didn't give a $hit. As the owner and the wife were working, she tells me we're not responsible for lost package. He snickers at her and says "don't say that to her, you don't need to tell her.", my response was, you mean you wouldn't help? He said that's between you and UPS. I've been here MANY, MANY times and I get the same attitude. Only person I've ever found pleasant was Jeanette. The other two have sour faces and shouldn't really be business owners. They don't like people. I won't go here anymore. Not to drop off or even do returns. I'd rather go to a further location to avoid disengaged and people with rude dispositions. read more

Google said they open at 8:30 am. Got up extra early and headed over perfectly in time right as they are scheduled to open. Their door also says open Monday through Saturday 8:30 to 6:30. I stood outside waiting for them to open. No one appeared inside, lights remained off and door locked. Lines of cars started in Park in front waiting for them to open as well but no one came. When someone finally showed up an hour late, I said he was late and a lot of people left. He said, "that's okay if they want to ship their stuff they'll come back later". The consistently rude, rushed and arrogant behavior of the older female employee I've had three unfortunate encounters with has been completely uncalled for. This employee is a minimalist performer with an unacceptable lack of kindness that's allowed to run rampant in treating your customers like we're bothering her as we walk into the store. If she's repeatedly treated me this poorly, I am certain there are countless others. But, as consumers, there are many choices out there to take our business, and the accumulative impact of such low standards in customer service can potentially destroy your brand and your business. read more

Very happy with the customer service. I had 3 Amazon returns that I didn't know required boxing. It was my last day to return the items so the shop owner kindly offered to box them for me, no charge! He saved me close to $100 just by being friendly and going the extra mile. Thumbs up! PS: If your Amazon return is larger than 16" UPS now requires it to be boxed, even if Amazon just tells you to drop off the item. read more

Drive a little more, DO NOT come here. 1. I hate it when I can't drop off Amazon packets at kohls and have to use UPS. I just came it with a box fully sealed and the lady didn't want to take it bcuz she said it needed another box? I told her that was the box it came in and she said it didn't matter. The gentleman then said they'll take it but to wrap the box in more tape. ??? I had a roll of tape in my car bcuz I was not gonna buy some from them and wrapped the whole thing again. They don't even touch the packet. They say "bring it here I'll scan it and then you have to go put it over there in that corner" 2. I ordered something from Best Buy and they offered to ship it to UPS for faster pick up date. Nice ( so I thought). When I went to pick it up the gentleman was super rude saying I couldn't pick it up there bcuz I didn't have a mailbox with them. I apologized as I really didn't know and thought well then why does BB offer it as an option?? After literally 10 min, he finally gave me my item and said not to do it again or he'll send it back. *Note to self and to you* don't do it. Save your sanity and go elsewhere. read more

It seems that I am not the only one to encounter the female employee at the Seal Beach UPS location. To add to the experiences others have had with her, I came in to drop off a small package. She asked if I was dropping off and I said yes. She immediately told me what my package came in (clear plastic that my original package came in) was not considered a package and she would take it this time but that "we are not Amazon. And Amazon may accept packages like that but we are not Amazon." She then proceeded to tell me that they are not responsible for what happens to the package and the drivers are rough with packages as she proceeds to throw my package on the ground. I would expect since UPS is not Amazon, packages, in general, would be handled with more care. However, at this location, it seems to be the opposite. Please keep in mind I have not been able to say one word while she berated me for my lack of packaging skills. I would have taken what she had said as constructive if her delivery was less abrasive and made to assist me as the customer versus having me leave feeling like I just got in trouble with my parent. I hope my package makes it safely to its destination considering this location initially and although subjective, appears to purposely, mishandle the packages brought to them. I now know not come to this location in the future. read more

Terrible customer service today! I walked in and waiting in line. Then when it was my turn, the lady working calls over the customer that walks in behind me. She says "let me help her first." Then the customer needs to open an account that becomes a long process. I was only there for a quick Amazon return. After a few minutes, I finally leave. Advice for this business, take the customers in order. Very rude. Update: You should speak to the women working yesterday. Let her know I was very upset when she purposely called the customer that walked in after I did. Also, the man working finished his customer and says "just a minute and then she will help you." Worker that is pictured started yelling at me and his coworker when returning Amazon items. Absolutely terrible customer service, I ended up having a panic attack sobbing. Since I walked through the door he was nasty and didn't want to help. Absolutely gross behavior, the other customers in line also said he was absolutely nasty. Horrible customer service just as the prior reviews indicate. Came in to drop off Nespresso pods for recycling. There's no need for a scan or receipt since Nespresso pre-labels their recycling return bags. I walked in and placed the bag on the counter as I have done at this location and at others, but ran into "Mr. Patel" who was clearly having a bad day. He immediately said I needed to wait in line for a scan...I told him I didn't need a scan or receipt and left the parcel behind. He followed me out the store and threw the parcel into the trash! I would be very cautious about shipping out of this location. As you can see other reviews give this location a poor rating! Regardless of being the owner or not, the aggressive behavior is unacceptable and unnecessary. Another review also posted Mr. Patel's poor customer service. After this experience I wonder how mail and other parcels are handled at this location and if it is safe to trust? I won't ship out of this location! read more

On July 17, my son went to the location to ship a decorative vase to my wife and I who live in Washington State. When the package arrived, the first thing I noticed was how poorly the box was taped, as if it was done in haste with little care. When I opened the box, to my shock I saw that the vase had simply been placed inside with absolutely NO packing material whatsoever. On your website is this statement: "Trust the Certified Packing Experts® to do the job for you so your items arrive safely and intact."
