I guess I didn't pack it well and I didn't realize that Amazon says customer pack, but he took care of it for me. No charge and I really appreciated that because it would've sucked to have to go all the way home or buy a little bit of tape just to finish packing it. He explained the policy that other UPS stores follow but he said that it was no problem and he would take care of it and I thank him for that. It really saved me time and some money.
