This place is conveniently located in a shopping center with many other businesses I frequent. They offer all of the expected services such as packing and shipping, shipping supplies and stamps, but they also offer printing and notary services. I especially like that I can drop my pre-labeled return packages at the counter, since Fed Ex and UPS pick up there as well as USPS. They will print me a receipt I request it. The service is always friendly and helpful, and they seem like good people. One of my favorite reasons to visit this store is the amazing inventory of gifts, greeting cards, sweets, seasonal, (their Christmas ornaments are so cool) home decor and jewelry. One of the few stores that carries my favorite jewelry brand, Silver Forest! The buyer is constantly adding new and interesting items, really high quality, and prices vary. I absolutely love this place! Their extended hours for dropping off packages for both UPS and the POST OFFICE is so helpful for someone like me who works 8 to 5 in Orange County and has to come home and ship packages regularly. I don't always make it to the post office in time and having to go to 2 separate places to do shipping is not convenient. But this place has saved my life many a time! I've been going here for years, but didn't decide to leave a Yelp review until the owner helped me one day. I wish I knew his name. I literally arrived at the business exactly at seven, and they were already closed.I saw him walking out and asked him if I could just drop the packages off and he said, "If you can make it quick, I'll take them in for you." I kind of felt bad because I had quite a few packages but since the store was closed, I couldn't help him. He juggled the stuff he was already holding to carry in my packages, and I'll be forever grateful to him for that. This gentleman knows exactly what customer service is all about. I've made a vow to myself that the next time I come in, Im gong to buy something in support of his business. I rent a mailbox there and they have it down... when you get a package or if you want to mail a package. But what I enjoy the most is when I go into pick up my mail. Very cute storefront with all kinds of unique gifts and postal service needs. Friendly workers that are so attentive and extremely kind. I came in the store with a QR code for a return package because I don't have a printer and unfortunately they didn't accept that QR code. No problem at all. They walked me through the process of switching my QR code to a return label and had me email them the label directly to print out. They packaged and labeled my return items and were so helpful and patient with me throughout the whole process. Also, we had to move some items recently and I had no idea that they had a U-Haul service as well. We didn't have a reserved trailer but they had all kinds of sizes available on site. I have a lump in my throat after printing some documents here because when I asked if I could l, the cashier told me it's $3.99 to print and I sent. A total of 4 separate emails with a total of maybe 12 pages to print and it came out to a whopping $16! My first response was "Jesus!" Because had I known that it was 3.99 PER email, I would've said forget it and gone to a freaking fedex. I can't believe they're charging almost $2 per sheet of paper. That's so ridiculous and he never specified that it's $3.99 per email. Next time I'll either send one long ass email with multiple documents and chest the system for $3.99. This is my first experience and it was a great one. Hard to tell exactly what the place specializes in but it's basically like a all-in-one. You can buy some knick knacks rent a U-Haul get notary turning your UPS get a post office box. And they have a bunch of like knick knacks like if it was a craft sale. Very unique. We were there for the notary service. We had to update our son's passport and only one of us could make it. So the other parent had to get a document notarized and I found this place on yelp. No appointment needed we showed up 15 minutes later we left. Price very reasonable lower than others. And very professional. Definitely my new go to when I need notary. And as a contractor I need notary a lot for contracts. We'll see you guys soon read more

This place is a rare find. Fantastic gift shop, great employees who handle things easily and a nice environment. Special candies, Xmas galore, western influence purses,, etc, stuff all over the walls that can be personalized, scanned my 50 pages in a flash and had it emailed to me momentarily. My new go to store for all shipping needs and cute gift shop to boot! It was my third shop today to get a package out to my son in the military. Just like Goldilocks the first place I went was too rude, the second was too expensive...this place was just right! Helpful service and lots of information given to me about shipping to APO address (it was always a mystery to me before) and now I have more knowledge. So helpful! But be careful... I finished my transaction rather quickly and then meandered through the gift shop. I did not make it out the door without a few purchases. They even gift wrapped the items that I bought as gifts! If I could give them 0 stars, I would! I rented a U-Haul truck last week. When Christine handed me the keys, she told me there is no need for an inspection. I found this weird because at other U-Haul locations, it's mandatory. After driving off with the truck, I noticed the mileage was 100 miles off. I called the store and Christine instructed me to send a picture of the odometer. Upon returning the truck, I made sure to let Christine know that I do not want to see any additional charges that I'm not responsible for. Christine assured me that it has been adjusted and not to worry. The next day I received the email receipt and guess what, I was charged for the additional 100 miles plus an additional day of insurance! I immediately called and spoke to Christine. She apologized and said she will make the changes right away. She also assured me that the charges will not be taken out of my bank account. The next day, I checked my bank account and guess what, the extra charges did go through my account, which was the complete opposite of what Christine "assured" me with. See the trend here?? Miscommunications, horrible employee training/execution and bad business practice are how I describe this company, from my experience. It took another 4 days to solve the issue and get my refund back. I had to reach out to the U-Haul field manager Robert to get it resolved. Postal annex couldn't even make the adjustments for me even though it was their mistake. My advice to anyone considering Postal Annex, DO NOT GO THERE! They are completely unorganized and their employees are either lazy, dumb and/or not trained correctly. Thank you for nothing guys. I will definitely not be coming back. read more

I had to mail something back to Amazon that was very complicated to box up and ship and they helped me and did it all for me at no additional cost besides of what the shipping materials cost. Everybody was so friendly and helpful even when I forgot to give them a piece and had to come back later and they had to open it all up and put it in the box for me. I am very impressed with Postal Annex. They are efficient, knowledgable, and helpful. The store itself is very charming and cute, stocked with Holiday gifts, tasteful jewelry and handmade items. They are also a UHaul place, which makes them a very convenient place. Kurt and Kim took great care of me and helped me ship a care package to my mom at the best and fastest rate. They were honest and forthcoming about the price, and the date to expect it delivered. They gave me a tracking number, and even offered to track it themselves if I needed them to! They deliver great customer service with a smile, and make it look easy. Kurt and Kim are not only kind and helpful, they are very observant. After carefully packing a care package for my mom, we sealed the bag, and I paid, then went home. Moments later I receive a phone call from KIM at Postal Annex, saying they had found a necklace near where I had been, and they figured it was mine, and did it need to go in the package? As it turns out, the necklace was a very important part of the care package I was sending to my mom, and I was so relieved when Kim said she would open my package and insert the box with the necklace inside, as it hadn't shipped yet. Now THAT kind of customer service deserves an award. THANK YOU Kim and Kurt, for your exemplary service, professionalism, and lovely store. I used to agree with Melinda W, but I have recently had such negative experiences at the UPS store across the street that I am back here now. Went to UPS twice for a notary but there wasn't any, wasted a trip, and the line was out the door. Went to Postal Annex and got the job done. They are a little slow but reliable. And then after I'm done, I can go over to Fresh and Easy and flirt with the two checkers there. One of them is Fresh, and the other one is Eaaaaaaaaasy! read more
