He replied within seconds of my initial text, was forthcoming with helpful information and suggested some times for us to meet so we could quickly notarize our domestic partner paperwork. Upon arrival the service was swift, the banter was friendly and he being a foodie he unsurprisingly suggested a great local spot for beef noodle soup. Fantastic service from a real cool dude. He explained everything thoroughly and professionally. Highly recommend.

Wow. Wow, simply wow…read more We live in stressful times, replete with stress-inducing occurrences. Allow this man to put your mind at ease for any notary services you need. Here are the top reasons I recommend you contact him directly if possible and not bother with a quote request--which turns into a "project" the minute you do: 1.) He provides a timely and informed response/ reply.10-15 minutes. I sent over a detailed request for a quote. He responded within 15 minutes of my query. And answered each of my questions, courteously. 2.) Clear, helpful communicator--when you book an appointment, you can be assured it will be confirmed. If there are documents you need at hand for your particular matter, he'll let you know. 3. ) His demeanor and his professionalism. If you've had a S**t day; he'll make it better--he holds a soothing presence. If you feel stressed or at stray, his patience will soothe your day. I genuinely feel better having spoken with him; 4.) AFFORDABILITY--I put it in caps because that may have been what some of you were seeking. I would've paid more for his services--and I'm so broke, I can hardly afford to pay attention. On average, quotes I received for the exact same services I had specifically inquired about started out at $50 flat. HIS started out at $40 flat. (Please note that this fee is specifically for the service I requested. Each signature may be different.) And those are just my top reasons. I rarely write reviews. When I do, it means something. I know that whatever compels you to need a notary, with Victor you can feel at ease. Highly recommend!

I contacted this process server (Erika) and asked a few basic questions about how they handle…read moreservice attempts and documentation. Instead of answering, she immediately got defensive and told me to find another company. At one point, my questions were dismissed as "trust issues," which is unprofessional and completely misses the point. When you're dealing with legal service, clients have every right to ask how the work is being done--especially if they've had bad experiences before. Rather than providing any real answers or reassurance, she leaned on how many cases they've handled and told me to "trust me." That's not how professional service works. Transparency and communication matter. If simple, reasonable questions make them uncomfortable, that's a red flag. I took my business elsewhere and would recommend others do the same if they expect professionalism and accountability.
