Went in today to renew my passport and it was the most exhausting passport renewal of my life !!! Somehow the lady working the window couldn't place the paperwork inside the envelope making the process difficult. She was telling me what page numbers to place inside as If I do this on a daily basis. Besides making it confusing for me , she was making hold the line which is pretty annoying when people are in a rush . The reason why this post office has good reviews is because they ask you to rate them in from of them . Very nice and helpfull people attend here. I drop mail almost daily, and always good attention.

More times than not , the ladies at the desk have a god awful attitude and just try to rush you without letting ask questions.

Typically I loathe going to the Post Office as much as the DMV. Today however I had the most pleasant experience and here are the reasons why. 1. Parking was readily available ( This post office has a good amount of spaces and there is residential parking available as well. 2. The line was non-existent ( There might have been one person ahead of me in line. PRO-TIP: If you come before 11:30 the line is smaller, they tend to get busier in the afternoon) 3. Pleasant customer service ( Ms. Lucy was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She even double-checked a shipping policy of the receiving address to make sure packages were still being accepted. Daniel is doing a great job and always has. Definitely a great employee and without him the line wouldn't be moving. He constantly keeps assuring ppl that he'll be with them shortly and also gives an estimate of the time as he knows ppl are in a hurry. This bad review is not on the great work that Daniel is performing but on the poor support that US postal service gives to such a great worker. Without Daniel I would never return to this location. US postal service needs to take care of the foundation of the company if not they will continue lose to the competition. My experience was OVER 1 HOUR. read more

Conveniently located on the corner of State and Olive. The customer service is fantastic and I am always served promptly. The parking lot can be tricky because it's an ittby bitty lot and there seems to only be two stalls. There is plenty of street parking though. This location doesn't seem to get overly busy since it's right in the middle of a residential area. read more

This is by far THE BEST POST OFFICE EVER! They are extremely friendly, fast, extra sweet, and they are so welcoming! I've been to at least 5 different post offices around my area, (Lynwood, South Gate, Paramount, Bellflower) and this one has the best customer service. Their friendly and upbeat attitude is definitely admiring. These people make it exciting about going to the post office, (I usually hate the post office) they are so fast and always working with a big smile on their face, it's insane. I Love it! read more

Went in today around 4pm and a gentlemen worker (handling mail and customers in the front) was not wearing a mask ? I thought masks were mandatory, especially with any type of federal jobs. Although there are only two clerks attending the line moves fast. They are both very friendly and helpful. I have a post office a block away from me but decide to drive an extra 7min to get to this one it is well worth it and believe it or not it cuts my wait time in half even on their busiest days. read more
