Came in jul 30, 2018 I was outside at 8:57, before they opened. Once opened at 9:02 I was the first to be seen by JESSICA. I wanted two medium brown boxes they're wasn't any brown boxes outside in any size so I politely ask her if she can check in the back for me. She automatically says if there's none outside there isn't any. I have came here before and asked the clerk to check in the back and they gladly do and there usually is some in the back. I let her know this she still refused to check. I let her know this is the 2 time I have this problem with her and that I would call corporate to let them know she isn't doing her job. She shrug her shoulders and didn't care super rude, will literally never go back to this post office. I went to the one down the street on Long Beach boulevard and they were fully stocked in ALL BOXES ALL SIZES! Staff doesn't respect posted hours. They are supposed to close at 5:00PM but they won't let you in if you come after 4:45, their excuse is that something is wrong with the "system" but this happened to be twice already. Go to the one in Atlantic if you can. read more

Came in to drop off mail today... walked up, waved hello, open the door, put my mail down and said "just dropping off" What I received in response was an eye roll and I was dismissed by the clerk turning the cheek and ignoring me. Latina older women was at the counter with short jet black hair.. I'm sure I'm not the first to received this type of treatment, nor will I be the last. But as the Postmaster "Jose" once said "Unfortunately, it's very hard to get someone fired here, and it's hard to change their ways since they've been employees here for a long time" High Five Guys! I feel as of lately, I have been making frequent trips to the post office. I have had to drop off documents and such. This is the local post office that services the residents here. They do have a small parking lot that's located right next to the Chevron gas station. They open at various hours. Lines can seem to get long, especially during the holiday hours. I have always had nothing but great service here. They do sell stamps, envelopes and such. This is the quick way to send your mail. They also do have post office boxes outside in case they also really closed. Overall, I have no complaints here. Always with good service and closeness to my place!!! I like that!!! read more

I have been coming to this post office every Friday since 2010 that is about 50 times a year. I am pretty sure I am their number one customer and if not one of the top. I have never had an issue with Jessica as some of the reviews have mentioned in fact she has been serving me for many years with only the best service I have ever received from USPS. The recommendation I do have is for USPS to have 2 clerks from opening to closing as there is 2 clerks until 03:00 pm but as closing time nears there is a rush of people coming in and that leaves a long line for one clerk which can be overwhelming and makes customers impatient and sometimes rude. read more

I send a package to my cousin in a brown box and pay for fast service. It didn't got there on time , it was a brown box when it got there it was a white box and things where missing and nobody can help me to find out what happened. Not that anyone gives a fudge about how they operate. But this is by far the worst USPS that I have been to. Not only is it Filthy dirty, but it also smells like SH*T on top of that this place takes forever. I use usps at least 20 times a week if not more, and I always try to avoid this location as my entire lunch hour will be spent here. I'm thinking of using FedEx from now on. Spray some Lysol, or Febreze up in this smelly place, otherwise maintain the doors open. read more

In sum, they're incompetent, rude, unhelpful and irresponsible. The postal workers at this location are carless apathetic lazy employees who are indifferent to assisting you in any possible way. The number of negative experiences have exceeded our threshold and a formal complaint has been submitted to the federal entity responsible for managing these ignoramus individuals incompetent work. They have "misplaced" several packages, checks and various other mail that we have ordered/received in the past and have a strong suspicion that said packages and mail have been stolen. The unprofessional attitude and rude demeanor of these indolent and inert people is beyond acceptable. They need to be reformed, reprimanded and receive firmer oversight to correct their horrid service. Avoid this place. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I Waited in line forever to have the woman threaten to open my box to see if I had a rewrapped a priority mail box (I had not). Horrible rude accusatory employee, whoever was there this morning at 11. And no drop off boxes or DIY machines to help with the massive line. I come to this post office to send packages atleast once a week, and the line is always long, so I asked one of the employees if they have other employees. He said "it's a one person post office." It's terrible, I was there for 45 minutes last time just waiting to send a package. This one-person-post-office needs to stop being so cheap, and hire another employee to work simultaneously with another. read more
